The stall is very clean except for the heavy mold in the faucet and gaskets. That comes apart very easy and should be cleaned daily.

Kudos to this guy! I would actually get something from him. the mildew in the machine is significantly less than the ones here in the U.S. we only see it bc the plastic is clear and not the usual black. He makes a clear effort to keep everything covered from the flies and his hand didn't touch the consumables at all. Best of all no ice stored on the floor XD

Compared to the usual food stall, this was clean. Flies were _everywhere_ in a traditional market and this guy beverages don't even have flies in his drinks.

A few problems here that I noticed will effect the flavor and overall mouthfeel of these slushies. First and formost: not having the ice sit on the bare floor. The subtle textures of street dirt and oil always give a good Indian slushie it's famous mouthfeel and tang. Covering those spouts with clean cups is also affecting the flavors. The street dust doesn't get a chance to settle on the syrups and most importantly, the flys don't get a chance to deposit any "substances" on them. (rookie mistake). And using fresh, clean disposable cups is just ruining the "wow factor" in the last few sips. The other vendors use communal glasses over and over and over again that sometimes get rinsed out with used dish water. A true Indian slushie connoisseur misses that last sip with that famous mucus-like finish.

10/10 would buy.

I will say compared to most vendors whom are in these type of places it is pretty damn clean. BUT that isn't too say its the most hygienic either, it is a huge improvement seen from most in the same area or countries like such so i will applaud them. But it's far from hygienic but it is nice seeming them take the extra route

Definitely way more hygenic than the others i also really like the idea of his plastic seal keeping everything nice a clean
