Hmm, I think some of your prices per cans for the 1960's is a bit off. Since I know in the 1980's a can of soda was 25 cents not a dollar.

I saw 25 to 45 cents around the same era. I know it's kids we went to the 25-cent store.

Loved New York Seltzer; I'd buy it today if it was at any of my local grocery stores. They had a vanilla cream flavor that was superb. But my mother liked RC cola, so that's what we bought.

I really liked Orange Slice. As for Apple Beer, quite an interesting concept. It's too bad it is no longer around for many of us to experience the taste.

I miss Aspen soda it was apple flavored. Crystal Pepsi was good too I saved a can of it from the 90s. Also Five Alive juice was pretty good, I know it wasn't a soda but I still miss it.

One of the reasons that Teem ceased production was that Pepsi ended up owning the rights to 7Up outside North America.

Boy did they get their pricing wrong on this one, The cost of a can of Coke in 1980 was $0.25 and by the year 2004 it had risen to $0.50.

I never heard of 3/4 of what was mentioned. One that was missing was Candada Dry WINK. It was a true grapefruit flavered soda that came out in the '60's and was available all over through the '70's into the very early '89's and is now unavailable in the US that I know of. It was a one of a kind without the unpleasant aftertaste of Coc-Cola's FRESCA. Another Candada Dry offering was the mid '60's TAHITIAN TREAT; a carbonated HAWAIIAN PUNCH-like drink that was well advertised on TV

New York Seltzer brings back a lot of fond memories. I was a young lawyer fresh out of the Air Force with a wife and three young daughers. We were living in San Antonio Texas at the time and my wife felt that I needed a hobbyl I was alway interested in model rairoads since i was a kid, so she bought me a small set for Christmas and I joined a club. Only one o my daughers, Laura, was interested in trains as I was so i would take her to the hobby store. on Saturdays and for a treat I would buy her a blueberry New York seltzer, her favorite, then we would go home and check out whatever goodies I had bought. But several years after that we had to move from Texas to Illinois because of my mother-in-laws stroke and my father's death. We could not find New York Seltzer anywhere in Illinois. In 2014 when she was about to get married I thought of our special times together and wanted to buy a case of blueberry New York Seltzer and have it placed in her honeymoon suite but it was no longer available. I wish they would bring it back because it was a good non-soda for which I have a lot of fond memories.

My favorite drink from my teen years was dnL: 7up "upside down." It was a Mountain Dew competitor that I actually liked a lot more than Mountain Dew which was up to that point my favorite drink. It faded into obscurity and most people don't remember it at all.

Pepsi a.m would have been perfect for me I can’t stand coffee and the first thing I do when I get up is go to the fridge and crack open a can of RC. I usually drink water the rest of the day, but I have to have my RC in the morning.
