Love your use of the colored pencils, if you want a water color look use some Gamsol and a blending stub.

Great idea! I would say test first on a scrap of Basic White so you know how much you can work it without balling up the paper. Thanks for commenting😍

Yes, basic white works well, you don't really get the paper very wet but the Gamsol makes a big difference in the look because you will not see any pencil streaks, it is blended.
