I always cut my envelopes too,love it , 🌹
Another tip I have when using clear stamps. Once you season, then ink it, when you stamp it, don't lift up right away. Give the ink a couple of seconds to absorb into the paper. I didn't have that issue as much with our whisper white cardstock but since getting the basic white, I've had to do that.
I will try that! Thanks for the tip.
Very cute. I plan on trying to make this card. I have already made 2 other different chocolate bar cards All different sizes and each had a different amount of squares. Yours having the least. Thank You for sharing
Have fun! Thanks for the kind words!
Really great cards!
Thanks a bunch!
Watching replay.
Great video! May I ask where you got your sanding block? I love that alternative to trying snip them off.
I bought my block from the Dollar Tree many years ago. Don't remove the chip board wrap around it so it won't chew up your hands! Thanks so much for asking!
Fantastic tip to punch out the white glitter paper. Strips can also be cut from that glitter paper. Thanks Tracy for all your creative work/designs!
Yes, strips are also great to keep on hand! Glad you enjoyed the video.
I wish I had seen this video before I used scissors to get rid of those little bits on the edge. Thank you. Will buy one of those block soon!
Glad it was helpful!
Good morning Tracy! These alternatives are so creative. Great tips to use the glitter paper for sequins and cutting up the the leaves. Thank you for sharing.
You are so welcome!

great ideas!
Glad you like them!
Tracie watching you almost a year later. Thanks for you video.
Welcome back! Glad you enjoyed the video.
The new basic beige for the envelopes?
Thoughtful Expressions dies are retired. 😢
I heard where demonstrators take the back of a spoon and move the ink to the sides because the ink pads can be too juicy. By doing this you get a crisper stamping. Hugs! K8
Your alternatives are fantastic! Thank you for sharing them. I used my older full size Misty Moonlight ink pad without problem but some of the full size ink pads I purchased in the last year have come with a lot of ink which made blotchy images.
Fantastic🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I love that you have kept this one masculine Tracy, we never have enough of those type of cards. Your ideas are fresh and I love them all!!!! Thank you so much for sharing. I have liked and shared this video.
Tracy have you tried stamping off using your new pad? Looks like there is just too much ink on it. I saw someone take a plastic spoon and just press and move the ink to one side of the pad when that happens. You could also use a credit card - anything that will push the ink to one side. Might help.
Really enjoy watching your videos - could you please ask where you got the die from which you used for the Thank you.
I am so glad you like them! That label die is from Sentimental Dies.
Wow!! That's the most beautiful card I have ever seen!!! I love it. Thank you for sharing. I have subscribed to your channel. :)
Thanks for the sub and high praise, it is much appreciated!
I’m so thankful I found your videos yesterday🎶🎶🎶. It was definitely not by accident💜💜💜💜
So glad and thank you!!
Thank you for sharing your creativity! I really like this kit, as I'm a huge fan of outdoorsy and rustic themes. As for the stamping, at times I've had better luck with a full-size pad -- on solid stamps that need a lot of ink, for example. I often use the ink spots because I don't have a lot of full-size pads. Sometimes the stamps seem to repel that ink, though, for some reason. I try the Versamark trick in that case. But when it keeps happening, I often switch to a full-size ink pad to get decent results. I got a great impression with the March 2024 stamps using a full-size Memento Tuxedo black pad. It's a linen type pad like the spots. Thanks again for sharing! I especially liked the heat embossing. I'd thought of trying that for the trees and seeing it on your cards made me decide to go for it.
having both size pads is nice for sure! I do still plan to travel so will need the spots.
You are so awesome as a teacher🎶🎶🎶
Thank you so much!
Great ideas! New to your channel and I am glad to have found you!
Awesome! Thank you!
An awesome kit🎶🎶💜💕
Yes it sure is!
My very first time watching you, but it certainly won’t be my last😀
Welcome aboard!
What is that little yellow plaid thing?
Eleanor, your question took me awhile to figure out. That little plaid gizmo is what I use during the layout segment to raise up an element as if it is popped up with dimensionals. The plaid is a length of 3M foam tape attached to a piece of yellow post it note. I have used these forever. I actually have a small, medium and large one. I really should make a couple more. I like to plan out my layouts using them prior to sticking anything down. I hope this clarifies and thanks so much for the great question!
Love to watch you plan your cards without glueing anything down!!!!
Thank you so much. I use this same technique when doing my final layouts. I can spend forever & a day moving layers until they are perfect before I attach anything!
Love love your alternative ideas💜💜💜🎶🎶
Glad you like them!
Wonderful alternatives! Thank you for your creativity.
Glad you like them!
Tracy, I cant remember who it was but someone else I saw on utube had difficulty getting a good stamped image using the large ink pad. There is a difference in the ink spot and large pad. Apparently, Ink spot is felt based and large pad is sponge. It appears that may be the difference in imaging.
It absolutely could be! In addition I think they may be too juicy.
I like your ideas. I usually don’t do as is, I like to make alternatives. I cut 2 1/2 “ circles from the envelopes and stamped the tree on it to make more circled trees. I have very little big ink pads and I use my ink spots all the time. They’re just the right size for me and doesn’t take a lot of space. They are in 2 paper pumpkin boxes so far . I’ve been collecting them since April 2018 so I have a lot! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the tips and the post!
Just found you on a fluke, trying to cast my iPad to my TV! How lucky am I? Absolutely love your creativity & vision. Count me a newly subscribed dedicated viewer. Thanks for sharing.
