Incredible Improvement! I was a sophomore last year had a PR of 10' 6. I've been doing pole vaulting since 8th grade, and I know the feeling of getting a PR (and also missing a PR.) you are already really fast, but keep improving on speed! speed on the runway will transfer to more bend in the pole and a faster inversion. Are you using a carbon fiber or a fiberglass pole? Carbon fiber usually bends a little different and can feel better for some athletes, so if you don't use one I would consider trying one if you can. keep up the good work Darek!

I appreciate the support my man. I have tried a carbon once before on a altius pole, but mostly regular fiberglass poles. Im not sure if I should swith to carbon. Ive heard essex and pacer carbon poles are nice and reliable. We will see what happens this season!
