Suyya looks lovely and flavoursome. From the opening scenes. Yummy. Here watching fully. I like the flattening meat techniques. I like how you laid out all the seasonings inc cooli cooli. The skewers came out nice and the remaininv ones on the tray.

Would liquid smoke be ideal to get Smokey flavour if doing it in grill oven?
You used corn oil, can I use other kind of odorless oil as well?
What is the seasoning powder for the marinade?
Nice one,but is it hygienic to use old news papers?
I love this sissy. Looks delectable. Please serve me mine ooo biko. Thanks

I am not a fan of suya spice. In those days back home when I buy some, I don't usually use the spice. But you see that one you made with coconut oil, It's every thing for me. Looking at Texas weather this morning, It's really going to be sunny in the afternoon, and all I can imagine is cold Ijebu garri with that suya, as e dey do me na... You dey feel the vibe abi! 🤣 Thanks sis for your amazing recipes!

Tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage/Courgettes need to be re-introduced into offerings Very necessary and will hardly impact on purchasing costs
