2 Versions of 1 Cocktail [rum & no rum]

Here's a treat that you can make for your guests who don't drink (or who have to drive back to San Diego after a long day of filming a music video). In this episode, I host rockabilly guitarist, Buss Campbell. We talk about guitars and him performing with the Stray Cats' Lee Rocker.
I also show you a way to add alcohol to this tasty cocktail. Aloha!

To make the cocktail in this video:
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz Orgeat
1/2 oz Grenadine
1/2 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
6 oz Soda Water
(for the version with alcohol, add only 2oz of soda and add 2oz of Hamilton Breezeway Blend Rum)
Add ingredients to a 'ten pin pilsner' glass over pebble ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry skewered to a pineapple wedge.

Thank you so much for this! Gen X grew up playing hard and now that they are older, a lot of friends are cleaning up, and straightening up, and saying no to alcohol. And great to see how to add a little rum if one wants too! Btw fresh white pineapple juice is the best ever; might need one of those trees now ;)

I think this will probably not be a reference to the PR City but is probably more of a reference to the Spanish word for Punch, which is Ponche
Fun episode, Spike! Curious how balanced the drink came out with Breezeway Blend. If built and shaken appropriately, would you give the Ponce with Breezeway Blend two thumbs up?
One of the most important facts about Ponce that you didn't mention is that it is the home of Destilería Serrallés, makers of Don Q rum.

Nice drink, you need to pronounce Ponce correctly the e sounds like e from E-lephant
In the UK Ponce means pretentious, so if we say someones poncing about it pretty much means somones up themselves.
