This week is my birthday, which definitely calls some vegan cakes to compliment my life. This time we're going to make Vegan Carrot Cake (with super delicious vegan cream frosting) and Vegan Mole Cake, which I just learned a few days ago before I made it (hence some small mistakes).
I was thinking of making another vanilla cake, but my period came. Then I didn't have the energy and time to finish it. So I will leave it to another video. (I've bought all the ingredients, so hopefully it will happen soon.) Anyway, I hope you will like this video as well. :))

- Chocolate Cake
80 g soy milk (1/3 cup)
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
25 g non-dairy margarine (vegan spread)
2 Tbsp soya yogurt

1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 + 1/4 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
- Banana Cream Filling
225 g coconut cream
1 Tbsp powder sugar
35 g dark chocolate, shredded
1~2 bananas
