Was gutted for you guys! You guys earned a trip to the final series with us. Y’all had one of the best post seasons ever. Went on the road everywhere and still managed to get to Omaha. Gave Arkansas their first series loss all year when it really mattered. Got that first game against Vandy. You guys beat the best of the best. State should be there, we beat Texas 3 out of 4 times and you were ranked #2? No you should have been ranked higher and would have been kicked out earlier! Hail State!

Quick little story I workout at the same facility with that last pitcher for Texas Cole he’s such a hard working dude I remember seeing him working out everyday for 2-3 hours at the facility over the summer last year I always thought he worked hard sucks to see Texas lose a game like that but man oh man If anything I know he’s gonna work even harder now and will never forget that moment props to Mississippi St. go get your natty

I sat in left field for this game. State fans plus the walkout made it the best game I’ve ever been to live.

Sounds like you contradicted yourself there. So Texas can beat Vandy but lose to Mississippi State? State is a better team out of the 3 and there was a chance blown to take 2 out of 3 at Vandy earlier in the year. I think this is good and State can win the series being they already lost. Great game State. Surprised coach didn’t put on the hit and run after the second double play by the Horns. Loved the walkoff, stripped the hitter jersey off, great fun 🤩 Seeing a lot of shit about Vandy not deserving to be there. They didn’t break protocol, won some crazy games, yeah they deserve it. I don’t necessarily like the system, I’d be ok if the guys could juice up. That Sosa, McGuire HR race way back was some exciting shit. We were glued to the tube to see the spectacle. I’d like to see robots battle on the gridiron one day. Hit 700 ft HRs, run 3.0 40s. Jump 15 feet high. 😂😂😂

The NCAA had protocols in place The Whole season. For whatever reason, nobody has said anything specific neither the NCAA nor NC State but those protocols were obviously broken. Simply put the NCAA had a rule the rule was broken by one team NC State. That is no reason to punish the other teams who came and did the right things. So the CWS is not tainted. It has been a great CWS.

They shouldn’t let that fly at all. They would have used Leiter and he wouldn’t even make a start in the CWS Championship game. It would have been up to 2 games bull pen and one day Kumar Rocker and that’s it. I see this as the only fair way to even the playing field. I think this is a valid point, take away Leiter since he was going to make the start plain and simple! I guess this makes too much sense.

Terrible calls all night. Glad msst was able to prevail here but the ncaa needs to get their head out of their whatever and figure out a way to stop fumbling literally everything. I can’t recall the last time they didn’t screw over the athletes that make them so much money.

State beat Texas 3 out of the 4 times they played this year. Not really an underdog

I think Texas fans need to sit down and do there homework. To start the year State beat Texas, Texas tech and lost a gloss close game to TCU. Then since has beat Texas 2 more times. The SEC owned Texas to begin the year in the college showdown with the top teams. If you want to hate on the SEC step your game up and stop looking for excuses!

I can’t wait for next year I hope Mississippi state wins it again/ ole miss sucks

It would have been a blast.. The fans that would have been there from both State schools my my my. I really hate it for NC State and how it went down, but I have got to keep my focus on MS State. This is a title needed to cement this program among the greats. This program has too much history to not have a national title. HAILSTATE.... GO DAWGS!!!!!!!!!!

@@yuwonder80 That is some facts there indeed. Mississippi State has had some amazing baseball teams and have always fell a little short. I had the advantage for them to win it until this protocol BS. State was favored to win the CWS and now the tables have turned to Vandy! Go figure! Hail State!

It would've been worse, had NC State won against Vandy the other day, then had to forfeit because you're essentially crowning the National title to whoever won this game, since it wouldn't be any teams left

He goes ghost every time Texas loses. You couldn't get him to shut up yesterday when Texas won yesterday but he ain't going to say anything unless he tries to taunt MSU for not having a title

I was rooting for Miss State until at the end of the game the Miss State coach said, "yea it's going to be an all SEC final and that says a lot for our league." As if Vandy wasn't just handed their spot in the final. It should be an ACC vs SEC final. Total BS NC State got screwed the way they did.

As a Texas fan I’m sad should have taken Stevens out in the 6th and we needed to hit better
