Make sure you got good electrical to run that 4500, cause it's a power hungry amp. My next upgrade is dual alternators from Brand X.

I wasn't meaning to rev them that high, but I have 2 AGM batteries, and a 300 amp alternator. 2/0 ofc wire running from the batteries into the cabin into distribution blocks down to 1/0 into the SKV 4500.

Not yet. Gonna get my dual alternators installed first, then gut the entire truck and go to town with some kind of sound deadening

I haven't had a single issue but the guy that built my box put in extra supports inside the box to help with it. I'm now in the process of putting in a full amp and battery rack with the middle seats were.

I got the ZVX D1's and wired the voice coils together, positive to positive and negative to negative and ran each sub into their own channel on the amp. Go to this from skar. Should help a lot more. help.skaraudio.com/article/lx5b6thibo-dual-voice-coil-subwoofer-wiring-guides

Now that I've got my second alternator installed and the speakers are almost done breaking in, I can jam at least 2 songs right below full tilt before I need to cool em down

I’m getting 1 zvx 15 and a 32 hz box. Also I wanna pair the sub up with a rp.2000... is the amp gonna have an enough power for the sub?

An RP 2000.1 @ 1ohm will produce at least 2,800 watts. One ZVX 15 max power is 3,000 watts or 1,500 rms. In my opinion, it's gonna get down with the right box. Not some prefab trash, but a custom box. Just make sure and get the ZVX D1 if you plan on running @ 1ohm.

I got one zvx on a 3K smart turned 60 percent up trampus amp ,Taramps 440x4 , 240 Michman alternator yellow top battery and a d 3400 battery full tilt am sitting at 13 to 14 volts with no system 15volts ,I really want one more 18 tho I have a spare Taramps HD 3k

Louisiana? I'm from Shreveport I have same speakers but D4, could they handle a Nemesis Audio 6k?

William Gay runs 4 ZVX 15's, each with their own SKV 4,500, so I would say yeah. As long as the amp is tuned right.

@@Theyoufeelme yes they really will..i have 4 zvx 15's with 4 sk4500's for a year now..no smoke this away..you'll be suprised what clean power and the right box can do...i gain matched my amps to about 3500 watts a piece burping at my peak.

Not if you build the box with the right bracing inside. Had those amps mounted that way for over 2 years and they still work just fine.

I think it's right under 8 cubes but not 100%. I know for sure it's tuned to 35hz.
