Just doing my little session of mobility today. I climb, run trails (and some road), cycle. I have some stiffness from injury traumas ... still avoiding some movements out of that memory of not being able to walk after knee and shoulder injuries etc / Your videos encourage me to work on these issues without too much pressure. Start where I am, accept what is, but also let things open up and see where it takes me. / thanks a lot for sharing your approach. / I could write way more, but don't want to hijack this "thread" ;-)

Almost 30, i like fitness workout, calisthenics, meditation yoga, running, cycling, skating, rollerblading, walking,. i've done lots of things in past years. Also, done a lot of heavy work in these 10 years as part of my job. Another thing i've choose to resolve today was stiffness in my right side of upper body, so i visited sports therapist. He released some pressure from my shoulder and back. He told me to put upper body workout on pause and focus on specific exercises . For same reason i'll also do some flexibility/mobility exercises your showed. Saw few other videos you've uploaded. Any sport is great in my eyes, because it helps keeping body fit. After all, body, mind, spirit. What we do is better than doing nothing. And another thing is, i like to eat, delicious food is something i really enjoy. Which is why i move a lot to burn all excesive calories, i don't wanna become bloatlord. My goals mainly are planche, planche pushup, human flag, handstand walking and few other extreme moves. I'll get there eventually.

Climbing! So the ankle flexibility is _key_ for slabs -- basically the deeper you can sink your heel on a slope the more contact and the more friction. The inner hip rotation is necessary for drop knees. Both amazing mobility drills, thank you!

I play football/soccer and pádel (tennis with walls) and I have had many injuries over the years but this year even more since a couple of year off due to c19. Most of them in my ankles and also muscular problems in the groins. Whenever I came back after injuries I felt really stiff and weak than before even if I had done "recovery and rehab" and worked in my form before rejoining competition (amateur any case) Hope I can solve many of these problems, get to a really good athletic form and stay injury free now that I have discovered your chanel!
