Have you looked at the gaudy numbers Arkansas's pitching staff has been putting up? Their starting rotation puts up videogame numbers. Hagan Smith (a starting pitcher) has struck out over 60% of the batters he's faced. That is UNREAL pitching as a STARTER.

Are you aware we own basically all the on campus crowd records #1-#25 basically well all but two so yeah #1-#23. So if we want to break a crowd record we have to break our own record. 😂 As far as the stadium goes they make it clear it’s the top stadium in all of College Baseball

I did not hold a lot of hope for State come the SEC part of the schedule. But there is vast improvement from the past two poor years, especially in fielding. The two-out hits are just a bonus. But even the loss, we scraped our way back in that. And maybe this isn't LSU last year, but this is still LSU. State built SEC baseball but LSU built the SEC's trophy case.

There were no highlights in this game. Our pitching was trash through this entire series. Boys need to sharpen it up if we are going to be anywhere near the top 10 this year.

It's going to be a long bad year for LSU we just lost too many good players from last year and our freshman will just have to grow in time

LSU pitching couldn’t have thrown more pitches over the heart of the plate if they were trying to.

LSU looked terrible. In essence they basically lost 3 straight games. Saturday was “luck”. Absolutely terrible display of a team to start SEC play. Our first baseman is terrible , that new kid from New Mexico (2nd base, or short stop) is also terrible. We can’t hit. Pitching has been off. We got schooled all weekend in Starkvegas! LSU wake up! Florida is in town this weekend. They do remember us beating them for it all in 2023. Hats of to Mississippi State. Y’all look sharp! Y’all ain’t nuttin nice yeah!
