Love your play lists. The best way to watch your videos which generally are somewhat short ,but perfect for a play list .

Great sightings of the leopards, the Tiebe rocks female is a very pretty little lady..... Big herd of elephants, just wonderful to see. Amazingly huge herd of Impala too, with all eyes riveted on the Gowrie male. I just wish these magnificent lions didnt have to fight, but sadly that is the way it is. Thank you for the update guys, very much appreciated.

So much for gentle, generous Nature. It is mean and uncompromising. Lions are under constant threat from other males and just about every animal that they hunt, some of which can inflict heavy injuries

I don’t know him but the Gowerie male seem highly temperamental! I also like to watch for the baby elephants in the herds to see what kind of antics that are getting up to!! They are always a joy to see.

He along with his brother just two weeks before killed one of the beautiful young males in Sabisands brutally. His limp is most likely due to that fight. His name is Tinyo, his brother Nhena and lion they killed is Nguvu or Othawa male. They are 12 yrs old and the lion they killed was 6 years old.

They can say whatever about these Birmingham boys but they have fought hard to keep their pride safe in their territory and a big pride at that.I really feel for the Otthawas pride and yes it is so tragic to hear he is no longer with us.He definately will be missed.I still find it hard that he is gone.He was such a gentle soul and if only he had a partner .I really hope his pride protects his cubs.Who wants to see male lions fight kill and take another pride and then more bloodshed by cubs being killed.Yes a male lion sure lives a very tough life and I just saw a video of a lion who turned 17 years old today.I wish all of them the best but recently Sabie Sands is getting too crowded and something is bound to happen

This is definitely Tinyo and he’s limping because of the fight that killed the Othawa Male, sadly the Birmingham Boys and maybe had help from the females of their pride killed the beautiful Othawa male. This just reminds everyone that loves Lions no matter how big you are, one Lion needs a coalition partner and to have more is even better. He was Big and Beautiful created by God but on this Earth he stood NO chance as being one. I wished he had a coalition but he didn’t. RIP Othawa Male

What does "gowrie" mean ?

I dont mean harm to the BB at all as they were just defending their territory, but this is the least damage I would expect from a fight with our beloved Othawa. I will never wrap my mind around how this happened, i dont think it was one to one fight... but maybe I am wrong. After a one to one fight I would expect more scars, blood, punctures, but two to one is definitely tricky, and BB are experienced. Anyway, I miss beautiful Othawa so much... I just find this hard to believe. I always thought this would happen but that he would be invaded and killed by a coalition like the Avocas, more in their prime.

It was definitely both Birmingham Boys and maybe had help from the females of their pride because Cubs was around the pride. So, yes it can easily be a quick fight without much injuries. Male Lions when trying to kill another Male Lion will go for the spine and 2 vs 1 could have happened really quick. Sad that the Othawa Male is gone.

@@dabolts619 it's irrelevant how old the Birmingham lions are, real world experience will always beat an inexperienced lion. Anything is possible in the wild. Until they put out a video no one will know what really happened.

He didn't kill any othawa . He has hurt his leg in a hunt or running away from othawa most likely and some ass hole has shot othawa because b boys are their fave lions... Mapogo human intervention.
