My favorite mansion is house 3 pretty wow love the exterior
House number 16 is beautifully constructed, but the decor is a little outdated IMO. I'm still not complaining though, I live in it with that decor in a heartbeat.

Modern black and white with dark woods and bamboo.. my kind of home
Was for sale in late 1980s for $800K, toured it, but it needed massive repairs. New owners did great job in preserving it as a B&B

House 5 is the bomb! It's on Bay Harbor Islands overlooking Indian Creek Island, which is probably the most expensive island in all of Miami, and it's one of 4 new mansions built (by the same developer, I think). They started buying up older houses there for around $3 million + per house, tearing them down and building these new mansions. And they started selling them at $12 million, then $20 million, and now $25 million for this last one.

They are nothing more than Boxes 😂.. No Real shape or form. Design these days is right lets start with a square and cut bits off 😂😂😂😂. Go to the Italian Coast and look at all the wonderful Architectural achievements they have built and then come back here and start again, JAW DROPPING MY ARSE..
