They present here a formal spoken Persian, which is different from colloquial language of Tehran, Iran. It’s the language taught in schools, used in dictionaries. It has to be available to learners as well.

@@amnasaleemahmed6129 You will see a few complaints in the comments like "we don't speak like that". If you're learning the language, you have to start somewhere. You can start from the written language (the one taught in textbooks), which is fine. I woudn't know if there are grammatical mistakes, though.

@@arth_chart5280 You need to combine your resources. You can't START from watching movies. You need to have some vocabulary, grammar. Unless, you're supersmart, which I am not. You can learn a new language that way, which you partially understand.

Colloquial Persian is almost similar; once you learn this you can switch easily. This video is also not too formal, however it is intermediate to advanced. Just bear in mind than in our spoken language we shorten almost every thing, like Americans who rarely say 'I am going to', instead they always say 'I'm gonna'. In Persian we take this to a whole different level. Persian language is very casual.

Dear you:) you used"meghdâr" to the bottle of water- it has to be" chand tâ botri", because you can not count the water, but the bottles. baa mehr. also, I think you have to remind the learner about the distinction between everyday language and the written language.

Hi , i'm persian but really this is like a book or movies with the genre of history! We don't speak like this! Sobh ra kamelan motale_e kardam ❌ .................................dars khandam ✔ But in real life we say => Kolle sobo dars kundam . Kol = tamam( = all ) Sobo = sobh ra It was one of the mistakes . If you wanna speak Farsi , I'll be so glad to help 😊

همه که مثل جناب عالی سطحشون بالا نیست مثل شما حرف بزنن . وقتی تازه میخوای یه زبانو یاد بگیری باید از سطح پایین شروع کنی یا نه؟ توی کتابا مینویسن کل صبحو درس خوندم ؟ یا کل صبحو درس خواندم ؟ اول زبان کتابی باید اول یاد یادگرفته بشه زبان روزمره بعدا

I think you’re doing such a great job but Persian native speakers don’t speak like this it’s formal language and colloquial language is a bit different.

Omnia Mohamed I think it’s beter to start with colloquial language like a kid with English alphabet and after that when you get fluent you can learn Persian alphabet and formal language. The best way to become fluent in Persian is to contact and communicate with Persian native speakers so you can learn how you should make correct sentences.

​@@omniamohamed404 Reading and writing text is different from speaking. As a teacher, just from very beginning, I mean exactly from alphabet, I teach both writing and speaking Farsi at the same time. It's not honest to not teach the other half of Persian language.

Nobody speaks like this. Spoken Persian is different than written ("diglossia").

As with Arabic, the formal version is taught here. It’s hard to learn colloquialisms and slang without first getting the grasp of the language taught in school, used in books and dictionaries.

ببخشید اگر داخل تمام ویدیوهاتون وقتی فارسی صحبت میکنید همان جمله رو به انگلیسی هم تکرار کنید برای تمام ایرانی های مقیم ایران و خارج از ایران مفید هست و خیلی راحت تر میتونند انگلیسی رو یاد بگیرن میدونم این فایل ویدویی که دارید میسازید برای انگلیسی زبان ها هست ولی برای فارسی زبان ها هم یه کاری بکنید (فارسی رو میگید انگلیسی همون جمله رو هم بگید با تشکر)

This is not the way people actually speak Persian in Iran, it is way different and if you speak it in this way you will definitely sound ridiculous. If you really want to learn it try to watch Persian movies. The way this video talks seems like a person from 100 years ago reading an ancient book XD

@@jamjam3448 this isn't incorect but this kind of persian is more basic and is used for beginners, children and is written in books cuz of how you obey all the rules of the words and the way you pronounce every letter , i think it's more simpler for non speakers to understand. But in reality persians themselves do not speak like this , they skip some part of the words to be able to talk faster . But If you realy want to learn persian i think it's important to first learn this kind of basic persian cuz you will get to know all the rules and the real structure of the phrases and dont worry later as time passes you will learn all sayings, skiping which part of words and ext...... and how to talk like fluent persian speaker. But since your new to the language it's completely ok to talk like this people will understand quickly that you ain't fluent and they will speak slower for you to better understand.
