There's normally invisible blocks to the right of the door that stop Mario from walking once he goes inside. I guess the level creator removed those.

On 4:31 it’s 1 block too short to be a Bansi Bill. That one was 3 blocks tall, Bansi Bills are actually 4 blocks tall. And 488th.
