GS is so serious when he is flying wing for Longshot but when longshot is flying wing for GS... Hilarity ensues.

the angles of the throttle were really useful! im new to dcs and i find there are few resources that teach you how to adequately use your throttle and stick. A good video idea would be to make a video that shows both in the corner so that people can get a feel of how hard they should pull and how fast they should be going in different situations. good video 🎉❤

People have different curves so you should just use the g force indicator on their hud to determine how hard they’re pulling

Edge of the seat battle! As proficient and you both are as fighter pilots, this shows how unpredictable these fights can be. Even when you are a great fighter pilot.

Hey! I see you get some game stuttering/freezes. I'm not sure if that's just the recording or you see it as well. If you do, a simple "fix" is to go task manager>details, and set the priority of the game / program to above normal or high. It's at least worth a try, it doesn't fix the underlying issue though. Anyway great cinematography, great vid, keep it up! :D

I've noticed it too. It used to be only on my old Motorola phone that would freeze and cut frames, but now it's started doing it on my HTC phone too. I thought it was just my phone's refresh rate...

This was done really well cinematically. Best video I have seen yet.

As a fellow DCS player it’s great to see that GS is human and can be shot down. Always view his 1v1 dogfights and 95% of the time dominates the fight. Great vid Mr. Longshot!

Hey, have you thought about putting realtime visualizations of the battlefield with tacview to a small corner of the screen ? Or perhaps when events are happening ? Would love to see what's going on. Sometimes it is a bit disorienting.

Hey. Some military blogger made a statement a while ago that the cobra could defeat missiles due to the rapid change of expected movement for kalman filtering. Could you please test that theory in DCS? For the record, I called that "not likely". :)

I don’t think either GS or Longshot survived. Several of the SU-30 pilots did though.

@@benrichey2593 I meant both pilots in the duel between Longshot and the last Su-30. I was under the impression that both survived the mutual kill. If that was the case, it would be interesting to see what would happen on the ground :).

small bit of feedback, can you either raise the in cockpit noise or lower the out of cockpit noise? can be kinda hard to hear you and gs but then it cuts out of the cockpit and its really loud.

Why does no one know how to spell flare?

Never knew the chaff/flare button was separate from the throttle and was whacked with the hand off the throttle. Wonder why that is?

@@blshouse yea, I like/love when a couple of morons take to the skies together, and I don't even play the game. I just think it'd be cool, fun if they did it more realistically. I'm thinking of Tullia'e concerned comm of "Stroke 4 status!?!?" and adding that to the mix would be exciting. GS/LS don't know if the comms are being jammed or their wingman just got merked.

Why didn't sukhoi turned off their radar and engaged u both with Long range Infrared guided R-27ET missiles.

1) They are bots. 2) Not emitting radar won't make them invisible to the F16s, but it will make them blind and won't know where the F16s are (only bearing from RWR). 3) ETs are still not as long range as the radar-guided. It's just not worth it.

@@2KOOLURATOOLGaming ET has 60 to 70km range. ET1 has 80km. How much range u want in IR engagement? OLS-35 of Su-35 sees a target with after burner max range of 90km with condition of clear sky or depends on altitude. Head on interception is 40 to 50km. If a IR missile has range beyond 50km that is great!!!!
