YOU ARE GREAT!!!! YOU TUBE WATCHER FROM GEORGIA ❤❤😊😊😊
I just invested in a cup Turner because I have a few commission vases I have to do and I thought it would probably be better. After watching this I'm glad I did. Both of your vases turned out absolutely beautiful.
I just invested in a Turner and it's definitely a game changer for resin vases!
These are beautiful!
Love this they turned out beautiful 😍
Love these, they came out beautiful both way. Thank u for sharing
Those vases are beautiful!
Thank you for the comparison demo!! 👍
Love them 💕
Both vases are beautiful.
Thank you so much for this tutorial very useful 🌷👍
Awesome info. Thanks. I do vases & will use this info from now on,,,Thanks again.
👍👍 Great Stuff! James 😁
Very nice thanks 😎❣️
Ive been using your techniqies on my handblown glass work lately and the response has been amazing. Got a cup turner cause I cant justify using my glass lathe for resin work. Thanks for all the info MMG

I would love to see some of your work. I have only been using Thrift Store vases. I would be nervous doing it on hand blown glass but I would love to see what a glass artist does with the technique.
I love the pink and brown vase. Do you have a video that shows how you make that one?
Thank you so much for this video!!! A question, once you applied the resin on the vase, can you let it dry without doing anything like using the heat gun or other things you said? 🤔
When I pour a vase upside down on a cup I just go back every 10-15 minutes with a craft stick and run it under he rim. It isn’t too long until it stops dripping off, no sanding required.

I'm doing that too 😊
Beautiful! Is there a smell? How do you dispose of cups?
Thankyou I had a disaster. Very helpful. Thankyou .
First let me say I’ve never done this before but would love to try it. Does the resin smell? I’m assuming gloves are necessary? You do great videos and I’ve enjoyed watching you.

Her resin and StoneCoat resin (different recipe, but StoneCoat manufacturers her resin) are both low VOC. Masks are suggested, but it is individual preference. Gloves, yes, yes, and YES 😉😊

@@sallyot229 the low to no VOC (VERY VERY little, almost no smell) resins I have tried are Mixed Media Girl Resin and StoneCoat Countertops Resin. Hope this helps 😊
DO you have a secret for keeping the rotating vase from slipping of the turner,,,,, and if you use a foam insert,,,,,, do you throw it away after each use? thanks so much!
Do you resin the inside as well? I’m trying to reseal a ceramic vase and was thinking of doing a resin pour but not sure how to go about that. Thanks!
How did you clean or prep the vases before you resined them?
How long after painting a vase does it need to cure before varnishing or finishing with resin?
Do you resin the canvas as well. If not how to you protect the canvas?
Can you please try a vase that’s MOSTLY white but has thin lines of dark turquoise (white in between), gold (with white in between), and maybe a metallic brown color (with white in between)? I haven’t seen any of you guys (who do pouring on vases here on KZread) do a minimalist design like that. I feel like most people, when buying a vase, don’t want wild & crazy colors-they want simplicity. Another idea I was thinking of would be the colors white, light pink & glittery gold. Or white, gray, and gold. Or Black & white.
Great video..where do you get cup turners please never heard of them.

I would like to get the cup turner I think you mention Amazon I I cannot find it .I just subscribed enjoying very much your channel and I think Pouring paint is very addictive and a lot of fun only that I’ sort of a messy painter.I need to organize myself better.Other question is what resin you don’t need to get a mask?So far the vases that I have paint I have used spray varnish like 3 coats.

Check the description box, she should have a link there, if not, reply to me and I will get you a link 😊 And her resin and StoneCoat resin (different recipe, but StoneCoat manufacturers her resin) are both low VOC. Masks are suggested, but it is individual preference.
When I’ve just tried this with 3 different colours, they all mesh into one colour. What am I doing wrong xx
I’m having such a hard time getting vases to fit on a tumbler.. they are never even and the resin doesn’t dry flat😢any ideas on how to fix a commission vase.. can I pour more resin?
What kind of cup turner is best for vases?

Is all resin two steps?
Please write the details of the resin you used. I didn’t quite catch that.
How do I clean a painted vase to remove any potential oils before applying resin?

I don't clean mine before applying the resin
How long do you let your vases cure before coating

A few days :)
If I wanted to cover a table (38"×23"), how much resin would I need if I want the thickness of it to be 3/8 of an inch?🤔 I have a hole in the table (5 5/8"×9 7/8") for my dust extractor. So I obviously wouldn't be putting resin in that space😏

Unfortunately, I am unsure, but if you send her an email to info@thepainterinyou.com she should answer you there. (Sometimes she misses questions here)

When I epoxy countertops I use 3 ounces of epoxy per square foot for each layer - I usually have 2 layers - first layer is the color coat and the second is just clear epoxy
Can your resin be used indoors? Does it have a strong odor and do I need a mask? I’m a little afraid to try resin because of the odor

I'd rather resin off of the tumbler thing. The tumbler is too slow for me 😂😂 and I lack patience. Shocking I know 😂😂😂😂😂😂 I'm sure you already knew that LMAO.
