Mongolian Beef
2 lbs of Sirloin, shaved or sliced thin
4 tbsp Avocado Oil
2 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
1/4 cup Corn Starch
Salt-free Steak seasoning of choice
2 tbsp Ginger'
4 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
Instructions: Slice steak in very thin pieces. Season and toss in corn starch. Heat 2 tbsp oil in large skillet. Brown steak in hot oil 3-5 minutes. I do mine in batches to not overcrowd the pan. Set steak aside. In same skillet, add 2 tbsp oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, and water. Bring to a simmer, continuing to whisk until sauce is thickened. Return steak to pan and toss to coat! Serve with rice and roasted broccoli.

These recipes look so good. I have a similar broccoli beef recipe I've made for years. Pork chops - yummy yummy. Only change I'd make is to eliminate the Lawry's because I quit using that brand many years ago.

Personally, I would have cooked those chops a tad longer. They didn't even have caramelization yet. I'd imagine the flavor would have been exemplified had this been the case. At any rate, fantastic recipes and thank you for both of them... I'm most def gonna try the beef one. 💚
