Aber das Wichtige is niemals aufzugeben. Hört sich so kitschig an, aber is einfac so. Du willst ja was ändern, oder?

She does that in everyone's home when there are returnables present. She never keeps the money, knowing that would be stealing, and she always buys them new bedding, or whatever she sees they need, depending on how much money there is. She's very thoughtful about the process and how that "found" money can benefit her client.

CLEANING TIP: If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the mess, see if you can commit to 15 minutes of mindful cleaning. Mindful meaning when you notice your attention drifting or anxiety drifting in (“this is too much, I’ll never be able to do this, etc) GENTLY bring your attention back to the present moment and the task you are focusing on right now “I’m picking up the paper plate and throwing it away”. Honestly, if you’re able to do this for even 5 minutes you’ll be impressed with what you can accomplish. The key is to be gentle with yourself. Living in a mess is emotionally exhausting, treat yourself with kindness.

Great job! And here is my own cleaning tip for when you feel overwhelmed or life has just hit you like a 48 wheeler and you have no clue of how to start again: every time you have to go to the bathroom or to get a glass of water, on your way back to your couch or bed or wherever you were sitting or laying just take 5 minutes to pick up something from the floor. Just 5 minutes. If you can't count minutes just pick up 5 things. The first time you get up from your spot take a bag for the trash and another for the clothes. Depending on how bad the situation is: very bad, do this until you make a path from your spot to the bathroom and another path from your spot to the kitchen. After that repeat in the area around your usual spot or choose a spot to clear that is more suitable for your situation. Most important DO NOT STRESS. Nobody is judging you. Just keep doing your thing until the next time nature compels you to move. I know it sounds like nothing but how many times do you need to relieve yourself? Exactly, several times during your waken hours. And how many glasses of water do you drink? Well, unless you have a bottle also several times. Multiply all the times you need to leave your usual spot by the 5 pieces of trash or clothing you pick up in your way back to your starting point and you get your answer. Do this everyday and you will see the results. This same method applies to everything: things that belong to the kitchen, school or working things, gaming/sports things etc etc. For those specific things, just make a pile on their specific area to clear up later. Big pieces of trash like boxes or cardboard are specially satisfying. 3 big of those things clear up quickly a big spot 😁 Every time you fill a bag of trash, throw it out. Do not keep the trash inside your home. If you feel tired, rest. Do not force yourself, there is no deadline. Things take time. Just 5 minutes or five things every time you have to do something else anyway. Good luck and get well soon 🌞 🌻 ☀️ 👍

For people who are so overwhelmed that even that seems impossible, do just one thing, the smallest possible thing, toward your goal. That was advice from Break the Twitch that finally got me started on cleaning up my mess. I had 8 years of papers piled up in my living room. Some of them turned out to be tax paperwork that I needed to file two years before! Luckily, it wasn't too late to amend my return. For some reason, the act of actually doing one small thing, in my case throwing out a piece of scrap paper, kicks your brain into gear.

Seeing this reminds me of my old flat but also how far I've come over the last 5 years. Tackling my depression and seeking help to get better wasn't easy. I still have a long way to go but I would have never gotten out of that dark place without telling my family and friends, who helped and stayed with me on that difficult journey. Hopefully others in the same situation can find some courage from your videos!

There’s no way I could hose down my bathroom. I watch a lot of Korean and Japanese cleaning videos too and am always insanely jealous of their bathroom set ups: essentially built as wet rooms. I would feel like my bathroom would be SO MUCH cleaner if I could scrub all the floors, walls, sink and cabinets… and then just literally hose it all down! It’s actually really annoying that this concept didn’t catch on in both our countries (and other countries too) 😩

I have just found your channel. And I am binge watching almost all of your videos when my 2 year old is napping. When I'm not watching it i now clean my house using the stuff you do and tease my (American) husband by saying "take out all the trashes!!!" Haha i Love you and i am so inspired that my house is shining clean. I live in Sweden btw!

Currently redoing the room I’ve had for 20 years. It’s full of old childhood toys, clothes, and junk I never got around to getting rid of. It feels nice to start fresh. I really enjoy your content.

I have to say that I like the way Finish bathrooms are set up with shower, sink, toilet, & washing machine. It makes using the shower sprayer so easy to spray everything down after scrubbing.

I've been so inspired because of your videos that I took a weekend off and went to help my friend to clean their place for free and even got them some cleaning supplies! I almost cried of happiness when we were ready because the mess was so bad, one time I thought I can't do it because there was so much dirt. But we did it! 🤩 Thank you so much, without your videos and positivity it would have been much harder!

I don’t comment a lot here on youtube, but I have to say one thing right now. YOU. ARE. AMAZING! Thank you for making me believe that there are still good people in this world, and the way you take the chaos and make it humorous to watch is just so wholesome🥰

The main think I take away from these is the joy of the process. There's no judgemental talk of something being gross, it's joy in the challenge of cleaning it.
