put gauges on as a last resort. check temperature drop across evaporator coil. if it is good leave gauges in truck. a lot of leaks at service port from jacking around with gauges, leave well enough alone

The mouse got across the 240 volts "Puffy the mouse !

For the cutout holes with the wires, plumber's putty solved my issues. And it can be easily removed.

I wish you were in my area. its so hard to find a reliable handyman

Steve’s no handyman. A handyman is a guy who charges $250 to replace a toilet valve that could be replaced in less than 15 minutes. I know it takes less than 15 minutes because I replaced a toilet valve this morning.

Mice will come in from the bottom, in middle hole where wires go through up to top...need some silicone around to fill that gap.... i did that and no more mice for 20 years

They sell that Tomcat spray foam insulation for rodents, I wonder if that would keep them out.
