    I need to level up a concrete floor i have in my store, it has a lot of holes and cracs. Do you have a base product that levels up? Or you use a third party one? What if there is a non perfectly smooth pavement under the epoxy? Does it level anyway or the “bumps” mirror on the epoxy surface?

    About 5' on the inside of the railing, between railing and bar, there is a dark line about a foot wide that goes from one side to the other. Is this a shadow from the lighting or did something bleed through the base coat?

    I was looking for a video showing you doing a Calcutta or Carrera marble look with the 2-3in light grey veining. Instead of the swirling effect, could I just roll over it to take the sharpness out in straight lines to give it the Calcutta look? Or is it another technique? Also does your primer base coat color matter when doing the floor?

    Our products are actually industrial coating made for military aircraft hangers, etc. So theoretically in a residential, or even commercial setting it will last forever. This is NOT a cheap epoxy paint that you will commonly find at box stores like Home Depot or sherwin Williams. It is a thick 100% solids epoxy coating. The surface cleans right up. There is no difference other than the look. Thanks

    great job! quick question: how to you keep the edges from leaking over to the floors adjacent to the epoxy? I see you have the tape down, but if the floors (wood) are the same level next to the epoxy floor, how to you keep the epoxy floor from running over the tape onto the floor on other side? Thank you.

    When you put the epoxy down you poor it away from the tape and push it up to the tape line. You can always double tape to give a thicker tape line. Thanks

    @@LeggariProducts I intend to take the certified installer course as soon as dates are announced that I can make happen, but I have a few SWA points so getting there isn't a problem. If I take the course should I fly into Seattle or Portland?

    What kind of surface prep do you recommend for brand new concrete? (After waiting the 28 days for curing)

  • @LeggariProducts

    @LeggariProducts

    6 жыл бұрын

    Shop blasting and diamond grinding are the two best ways for prepping concrete. But they require expensive machines and vacuums that you can get at most equipment rental stores. The next best step is to acid etch the concrete, if you can’t do any of these you want to clean the floor with an auto scrubber from a rental store or mop it really good and then we require our prep replacement primer if you are just going to mop or scrub the floor. Thanks

    Our WB Urethane comes in high gloss and leaves a minor texture and we also have a WB Urethane that’s a Matte/Satin finish.

    Once you put the primer down it takes an hour to an hour and a half to dry, then you are ready to apply the epoxy. The top coat goes on within 24 hours of putting the epoxy on. The full cure time is seven days. Thanks

    We recommend not putting any heavy items until the full cure time. You can walk on it with sox, just try to minimize the foot traffic. Thanks
