your tube is too wide, that's why they're falling back down before the break.... all the gases from the lift charge are escaping in the gap between the firework and the tube.... this is why you HAVE TO use the right size tube :)

Yeah I know it was I just used it because it was the smallest thing I had for it to go up I had no questions about it going low trust me I'm educated on what I needed an why it didn't go as high Thanks for the tip tho appercaite it an it's good for others to see
