Double plays are sweet to throw in a rack with a faster fuse. Single breaks are obviously louder but you def wont be disappointed. I used my last box over the weekend and everyone loved em. I haven't shot headhunters but I'm sure they're good enough. Imo there's not much of a difference between most of the salute cans

I make canister shells and rockets from scratch. The length of the mortar can absolutely have an effect on lift height. Beyond a certain point though it's marginal. The composition and mesh size of the lift charge will also play a role. Those 1.4g consumer canister shells that get longer and longer every year are a meme, for the most part you're paying for cardboard.​@@dejay314pyrotechnics7

One pyro said having a crowd of like 40 and taking a poll is their fav way. I've heard people say Superman's and night wings are almost as loud as dark side 2.0. I've heard master 5" are louder than Rambo's 🤣 and same w bubbas but I don't buy it.

I have Bubba thumps and rambos. I was lighting them one at a time, alternating back and forth, and I prefered and thought the bubba thumps did better and were louder. Most people would say that's not possible but me and my wife both thought so.

Superman's iirc according to someone's comparison was like 113.6 db and a Rambo was 114 same w pirate kings. I got access to a case of Superman's but it's 400
