Beautiful curb appeal. that patio door was too small and for 2.4 the patio should have been much larger.
Gorgeous! Black is my favorite color so I’m loving the black trimmed windows and the black front door. The natural lighting and decor throughout the home is my style. Spacious kitchen. Love the cabinetry and walk in pantry. I think that’s a must in every home. Laundry room is the perfect size! Mud rooms are quite popular these days. That was a special request by my cuz husband. Covered back porch 👍🏽I probably would add a patio area for the grille 😊 So there is a farmhouse ceiling in the Owners Suite. Haven’t seen that before. Tall bathroom doors - toilet area. Love the walk in closet. ❤ Quite spacious for 2 Oh my let’s not forget the staircase ❤❤The windows! 😮 Bonus room ❤❤. Can easily be a media room or sitting area Guest bedrooms are spacious! This house looks a lot larger than 4400 plus feet. Unfinished basement looks like an attic. Tons of potential there. Loving your channel and gorgeous homes! I’m a new subscriber 😊

For the price, I agree.
People are being kind of tough on the master suite. The only issue I see is that it's too small. This house is overall beautiful, though.

Garage was too little. Master was not special Tub in master was not big eniugh .
