    really enjoying the transition from seeing jarret battle tough 500z and 1knl regs to being constantly donked into by short stacks haha

    You call with all pairs on the board because in this spot it's better to have more outs to 2p than to be holding 88, you also have flush draws and straight draws you can call which will perform better than 88

    I like the way you play it's very similar to my thinking patterns but just more polished. I dabble in 200nl sometimes but mostly 100 and sometimes 50 if the games are good. Where would you recommend looking at charts for preflop ranges?

    Hi Jarret and the wider Jarret community. Long time watcher, first time commenter. What surprised you about villain's sizing on the turn @ 24m33s? You mention you're not sure what he's repping with his sizing choice; I'm just trying to understand what was so strange about it? Xo

    one thing i'm curious about is that you tag a player as fun when they cold call a 3bet (not necessarily in this vid). when i watch vids of high stakes players such as limitless, trueteller etc they all seem to do it. i guess its about constructing a cold calling range?

    Love the vids Jarretman, thanks for providing the content. If you were trying to build up a BR would you be playing reg tables over zoom? Can reg tables be better profit/hr because they are softer even though you get more hands in zoom?

  • @chrisungoed8793

    @chrisungoed8793

    That hand where you both had KJ and he bet just under pot on the turn - why was his turn sizing weird in your view? It’s a pretty polar spot, no? Did you expect check or B33? Cheers

    yee had the same question, probably given how polar BB’s range is and how deep they are overbet is the only sizing that makes sense (?) cus Villian is telling he beats Kx + u get max value from draws. Would love to get an answer by the man himself tho

    24:20 You mentioned villain's turn sizing is strange (75-80%pot). Why is this? I understand villain should be doing a very infrequent amount of betting with their polarized range on a higher card board pairing turn. But I'm still trying to grasp what the appropriate sizing is with their betting range in these spots. Came here from your Mechanics of Poker pod with Rene and Adam which I really enjoyed. Cheers!

    Your logic is very sound, but you lack right brain thinking which doesn't make sense to the left brain. An example of right brain thinking in poker is possessing the belief or ability to channel cards in your favour. Your extreme amount of logical thought process destroys this ability. frankly, you don't even think it's possible to channel cards, that's how powerful your left brain is in analyzing poker over your right brain...
