Fantastic video! There's so much time invested for the farmers producing dates. A date farmer in southern California told me it takes 6-7 years before a new tree produces the first crop. For several years, we farmed luffa and always saved the seeds to replant for the next year. God is amazing in how He designed seeds that could last for so long.

Thank you for showing us these three trees that literally date back to the time of Jesus - no pun intended! Between the revival of Judean dates from the time of Jesus, to frankincense and balm of Gilead, Yisrael is wondrous in the power and potential of its land and the ingenuity of its people.

Once again you guys have outdone yourselves for not only an educational but totally awesome video on Israel. I too hope one of those trees is female so we could taste dates from the period of Jesus. Also being a Roman Catholic I love the way Sergio brought up how a person is dead until watered by the Living Water, Jesus Christ! God bless you and your families and looking forward to more videos!!!

I'm so glad you did this. I heard about this a couple years ago and thought how amazing it must be. I was going to ask you about checking this out. I'm so happy to hear the update that they propagated more seeds. This is great news. You both play together so nicely. I have to say Sergio..I was looking forward to what went into the first plate you brought out and then you brought out a plate with a few dates..I was like what's that Sergio? Haha. Too bad you didn't take drone footage. That would have been amazing to see all the Oasis of palms. Thank you for a fun video. God bless you both!

This is the most wonderful inspiring emotional thing to hear and see! You two are so magnificent with your phenomenal videos that you share with all of us especially we who are homebound and will never travel. I so pray that one of those trees turns out to be female and that you do get sates on that ancient tree! I also hope both of you get to taste that fruit and share it with us. Israel is God's country - I love seeing every facet of it and feel in my heart the wonder and history that ever resides there! God bless you both for what you do for so many.
