Thank you for this, it is very helpful. I am going through the process of having a sleeve gastrectomy and will have to be on a full liquid diet for about 2½ months, give or take. I have been struggling to find a high quality protein powder that tastes good enough to replace all meals with. I'll definitely be getting these.

Good stuff bro I love what you do keep doing these videos! A couple of questions… How would you compare this cookies and cream vs Ghost Oreo flavor ? And would you say the strawberry, tree leches and the sundae flavor would be a good one to take as a snack with milk?

The ghost has bits of Oreo to chew.. the 1UP is finer so it’s not actually pieces to crunch on but it’s good. I think I prefer the 1UP cookies and cream..but not by much. The flavor was more pleasant. The three w milk are fire. I’ve been having them that way. Id say the strawberry is the richest in flavor, it’s bomb. The sundae isn’t as rich but has more depth w the cone, chocolate, and nut pcs. The 3leches is in third place. It’s delicious in flavor but no crunch. They’re definitely a legit snack. As much of a snack you can get w any protein imo.

It’s hard to say because I wasn’t consciously looking for it..just seeing if I get a chemical aftertaste, which I did not. None.

I use this brand for their vitamins as well and even their cleanse and gut products. Their protein is the best! I haven’t tried the strawberry. I came on to see that review and my son wants to try the cookies and creams thanks so much!

loved your review! straight to the point with a final top 3 :) in my local gym i tried the tres leches one, tastes amazing,being a latino myself i can see it's hard to achieve a convincing flavor for the dulce de leche in a synthetic way and this brand achieved it. wouldn't buy it though, i have my eyes on the sundae and strawberry shortcake ones. glad they're your best flavors :)

Aww yay! I recommended 1up. I’m so happy you tried it and found some good ones! I’ll have to give the Sundae Ice Cream a try… It’s okay that you didn’t like coconut ice cream. I’m still standing by it 😂 I add almond milk, banana, and a scoop of peanut butter. Maybe jazz it up so you aren’t stuck with the whole tub. I’d hate for you to waste your $$

I’d say overall, as far as taste..I’d give one up a slight edge. Ghost has great flavors but also some really gross ones. The 1UP doesn’t have any flavors that are outright terrible. They go from amazing to mid teir
