I am syrian actually but i have to say that ramadan in Egypt is the best in the world. It is such a vibe here like every house and every street here is full of ramadan decoration and lights, people are very nice and helpful and you can see that everything is full of live 😍 I will miss these days in the future i am sure about that🥺

As an Egyptian, who lived almost all of his life in Egypt, I'm happy you got to experience the real Egypt during Ramadan instead of the "modernized" version of Ramadan being displayed in the wealthier parts of the city. Everything you showed literally brings flashbacks to my childhood, it brought tears to my eyes, especially now that I haven't experienced Ramadan in Egypt in over 5 years. Thank you for this video, it made me remember how Ramadan felt like.

I was in Egypt for 2 weeks in 1996...I found it very spiritual. Very hard to describe. Kind of spiritual bliss. Love this vlog. It brings back all those good memories. Tq Jay!

It is the only country in the whole world that treats refugees as if they are the owners of the country. They do not make them live in tents, but they live in houses like the rest of the people. Egypt is the greatest country and the greatest people, man. It is history, civilization and religion. Egypt is a country that has no racism at all.

Also, the Egyptians preserve their heritage and food since the days of the ancient Egyptians until now. They are good people, they do not have racism, they respect strangers, they are generous people, and in Ramadan they decorate the streets and distribute food. And everyone prays in mosques with each other, and everyone eats together. They are a truly interdependent people, and they have a beautiful heritage, and these things you do not find anywhere in the world except Egyp🇪🇬
