This was so much fun to play! I didn't have the Adamans, which definitely hurt, but I went 2-2 and beat Dragapult and a raging bolt deck!! Dang Charizard and Dragapult combo knocked me out, as well as Future Hands. Just rough matchups! Thanks for sharing!!!!

Omg, I played a Heatran with my Toedscruel deck on ranked today, so when I saw Toedscruel in the video I almost thought it was me... but I don't play any copies of Cornerstone Mask. Cool to see another Toedscruel enjoyer tho! I think I've literally never played the mirror

I think it's worth having a single copy of hand trimmer. Sometimes turn one if you have it you can cut their resources going into their first turn. Or sometimes if they have a big hand like the Goldengo you can devastate their resources.

making the last game so bad lucky at the end gives me sadness, but the deck was a lot of fun to see

Weeks later and I still see this in the ladder but not much buzz

I played Miriam in my Zorobox deck :( IIRC, they sped up the coin toss, fixed Ghouldengo's ability and fixed Zoroark's phantom transformation making you pick a discarded pokemon twice, among other new VFX, like the new VFX when you play a Ace Spec

Metal heatran is one of the underrated decks in the SD, if you attack or KO, you got yourself burned.... Unless if you have a tool or an ability that will nullify special conditions that is.

This deck didn't win. It won some fights, but it's not even top placement (lol) - they won the Easy 64 event (challenge), but on the ACTUAL tournament, Ski placed 20th place with this deck. So the title stating it's Tournament Winning is mere click bait, as usual.

The deck is good, but I'm sure that gardy is a bad matchup for heatran. However, you can still win if a gardy bricks. Maybe that happened in the online tournament.
