My wife and I love your videos, but this tournament POV was especially awesome! We can't wait to see more of them! One of the best golf channels on YT, and we love watching your continued development and benefit from your instructional videos. However, as a psychologist, I am really impressed by your mental game. You expect to hit an errant shot or two, but your positivity and your mental toughness are awesome! Many golfers could learn from your mental approach to the game! Keep up the great work, Gabby!

For some reason i developed this interest in golf at the age of 33. I was hitting my driver on a local sports field today like 45% power and reached like 200 yards. It went dead straight. Was hitting my 9 and 8 iron quite nicely as well. Probably one of those good days. Bad day coming soon🤣

I think these tournament follpw alongs are the best, I love seeing where your heads at and your positive reinforcement. Also that screw up early, I love the mentality of "Let me address the problem that made this" instead of "ah fu*k I GOTTA birdie the next hole". Very solid mature thinking, Ill be adopting that myself.

  • @trevorbetsina9432

You’re too much in your own head girl, just let it happen sometimes. You started out with simple swing thoughts and then added more swing thoughts, one’s swing can only do so much in a 3 second time frame. When you were in between shots and talking thru your wanting to do is great because you’re giving yourself a target and swing pursuit, when you bring in too much swing thoughts it has a negative affect. Still tho I love you’re giving yourself affirmation of “I’m bombing this drive, I’m killing this drive” “I’m making this chip” “stay steady on this putt”. All of these are good reminders to be a good golfer. Think your favourite professional golfer didn’t go thru these thoughts, of course and even Tiger Woods. Keep grinding girl.

Excellent play with dental pain. Gabby really hung in there, helped by her excellent putting (only two poor putts). Most teenagers would fall apart and shoot 80+. And despite the pain, which caused the obvious weakness in many approach shots and chips, she was always a lady. Very well-bred.
