    This is the very first time I’ve ever witnessed a cop arrive on scene and NOT immediately ask for ID. I love how this particular officer conducted his civil service and didn’t trample all over this man’s rights. Only thing I would change is that this officer does technically have the authority to allow this man to conduct his public affairs, other than that, WELL DONE officer, well done. 👏👏👏

    Every department has their "special" reason for refusing rights like filming. The library has their policies, the health department has sensitive information, the IRS citizens has sensitive financial information.

  • @feltonrogers906

    @feltonrogers906

    Жыл бұрын

    Policies are for the employees and others who agree to abide by them. There is no "Special reason" that trumps the law. The Law says that you and I have a legal right to record public officials (encluding police) in the course of their duties in a public place, as well as anything that you or I can see from a public place. A city Library is a public place.

  • @feltonrogers906

    @feltonrogers906

    @@Colgate64 I never said that you can't record police in the perfomance of their duties. I used it as an example of who can be recorded. Please explain a "Limited Public Forum"? Open to the public is open to the public. The only limitations would be the hours in which it is open. Employees and those who sign up for and receive a Library card are bound by the Library rules. Others who visit a Library to walk around , check it out, ask questions, or record inside that facility are excempt from policy. The Supreme Court of this land says that the Consitution of this land gives a right by LAW to any citizen to record anything they can see from a public place/space. That's why celebrities can't sue the Paparazzi for taking pictures of them in public and you can't sue the guy who takes a family picture at Disneyworld and catches you in the back ground. Public place,space,sidewalk. Get it Once again, the Law trumps policies, rules, ordinances.

    @@feltonrogers906👍. That's right. That's how our First Amendment works. It doesn't always work that way. ANYWHERE in public,is where the eyes can see. It's their responsibility for them,and the social security administration facility employees to make sure that they cover and do not be showing any sensitive information. As If Tyrant Terminator Audits would ever do such a thing such as for neferious reasons. It's their way to them,the SSA office employees and employers to circumvent our civil and/or constitutional rights.

  • @Randytherumbler

    @Randytherumbler

    2 ай бұрын

    @@feltonrogers906That's different than what our Constitution gives us the constitutional right for ALL of us to do. Mainstream media has their rules to follow. But they're not laws. They cannot be arrested for not following their own rules. The reason why public library patrons can have privileges is because it's merely a regulation or rules for them to follow. They're not the same as our First Amendment. Which protects anyone who wishes to exercise our constitutional right to do so. And don't get us started on us law-abiding, knowledgeable,and educated citizens who already KNOW what our First Amendment is. Because any public library IS PUBLIC PROPERTY. That the taxpayers PAY for. Or have paid for. It's ANYBODY'S property. Exception : The rules of conduct. Says that anyone who behaves in an aggressive manner,is threatening,and/or is something that's neferious,such as people who committ crimes by the perpetrators of identity theft committing white-collar crimes (as if they'd be stupid and SO dumb enough for them to do so).....they can be discovered, quickly investigated,and then be arrested by federal authorities. And by causing any civil disturbances. THAT'S a different story. FYI : Under an emergency,if any security guard',s in danger and in an altercation,that involves risking the loss of life while on a job....then YES,they can certainly defend themselves to save their own lives. Absolutely. That's why they have tasers, collapsible batons,cans of mace,and in most security guard companies...carry guns.

    A potential good first indication of how the 911 call will transpire MIGHT be that LEO doesn't approach you and start interrogating you before they address the caller. It's not always the result, however. I think letting them come to you and not seeking them out upon arrival could establish and solidify that the waste of resource has nothing to do with you ✌🏻💖

I don't believe it's a just because someone standing there it's OK 😂

    The entry door did not have a "Crash Bar" In needed to be unlocked to open from the inside. 3:30 shows that the guard needed to unlock the door before he could open it. The doors only have grab bars not automatic unlocking crash bars. What happens if the guard becomes incapacitated when the emergency is activated? Time will be lost trying to locate his keys, or another set of keys. This is a clear fire code violation.

    ThanQ 4 EVERYTHEING u r doing! I’m from Washington State. Spokane, WA 2 b x’act. I was I would be out auditing more myself but I am actually a woman with a disability called Arnold Chiari, which causes my legs to give out on me unexpectedly, with out any warning. I was also kidnapped, raped and left for dead on the street by a Dirty Deputy local to me on 11/6/2020. I was a DOA (Dead on Arrival) of the Medics, with no heart rate. The Medics had to defibrillate my ❤️ 5 times and intubate me on scene. I was in a COMA 2.5 weeks. Inpatient over 2 months total. Not to mention my beloved Federally Registered Service Animal Lucky 🍀, who was my EVERYTHEING, my Son’Shyne☀️, my Whoobie! He’s is no longer with me. He passed away from his sustained injuries, while trying to protect his mommy (me). He was merely an 11lb 1/2 Chihuahua 1/2 Maltese. He was just too weak! Well on 11/6/2020 my Son’Shyne☀️ & me were in a Plancident (Planned Accident) which was attempted to be covered up to look like an “Accident”. Altho, the attempted to be concealed, REAL “Plancident” was actually me being kidnapped, raped and left for dead on the street. I have uploaded some videos of a bit of her’story (my story and I’m a her, not him); of just a few fundamentals (including my CORRUPT 23 page Field Case Report) I’ve had to deal with on my channel, 4 others to view 2. @@michellestrachan372 Oh well Im no addict. Im actually a woman with a Disability, called Arnold Chiari. My disability causes my legs to give out on me unexpectedly, without ANY warning. My warning used to come from my beloved Service Animal, my Son'Shyne☀️, Lucky🍀. His duty was to give me heed before my legs gave out on me. He was my Service Animal Federally and he only lived to be the age of 3! He was my EVERYTHING! I wouldn't quite say Im "traumatized" by what happened to me but my LARGE Family (both locally and remotely), ALL my friends and me are ALL EXTREMELY ANGRY! Not to mention all of those I've given heed (warning) to in the Community, by passing out 380+ copies of my EXTREMELY corrupt Spokane County Sheriff Field Case Report I've passed out in the my City Im living... In Spokane! Im actually NOT scared of that little bitch at all! Because of him, I've died and been on the other side! I know where I'm going and Im NOT afraid to go their again! Where Im going is Peaceful & serene... unlike that Dirty Deputy and his corrupt Crew. I have urnt my wings and eyes to see! Im not scared of ANYTHING! I sure hope that piece of shit got his COVID Vaccine cuz shit is gonna be NASTY for him! That Dirty Deputy, whom kidnapped, raped and left me for dead on the Street, on 11/6/2020 broke the ONE cardinal Rule shared amongst EVERY Living Species! That Rule is Do NOT EVER hurt or kill a mother's child and the Mother find out! If you do, that mother WILL become your wreckinning in the final inning... I WILL be WINNING, period, point blank... END OF STORY!

    @@gheangel_quinn I didn't say you were a addict. Sorry if that's what you thought I meant. I was just hoe I know the cops where I'm from did crooked girls who were addicts and threat of arrest was not something they wanted. Sorry if you thought thats what I meant. I'm 10 yrs clean and I was just saying what I know happens with crooked cops.

    Suggestion, one should count and then record how many people are using mobile phones inside those public accessible publicly funded buildings?

    Funny how officer Baker can enter without a mask and his camera still rolling, that's ok. But a citizen that pays toward the building can't, although the cop had a reasonable attitude, he still took their side because he kept giving excuses for why you can't go in, disgusting...!!!

    Their issue was with the recording of private information? Private information has no reason to be IN PUBLIC. WHATEVER is in public, it can be recorded. Period. Alleging that you _MIGHT_ be recording personal information doesn't mean they have the right to do whatever they want.

    TT get phone #2 or a regular camera you need it man. Get go pro, get one to strap on case they try to knock it out your hand. Maybe you have no problem yet with that but just to be ready for something that could really mean a lot.
