"We Just Got A Call About Potential Trespass"

This audit brings us to the heart of Orange County , which has been nicely decorated for the Christmas holiday season 2023. I wound up checking out one of the banks on the corner. The chandeliers caught my attention through the windows. Almost immediately, I had bank employees waving at me through the window , seemingly to let me know I couldn't document. They quickly closed the blind to create privacy, so they were doing everything correct that they could, if they didn't me to be able to see through the windows. A male individual came out the door & approached , telling me T wasn't allowed to record the bank. I attempted to explain that I certainly could from where I was standing. The male individual also told me that My cameras were making customers feel scared to exit the bank...Funny thing was just as he said that , a customer walks out the front door just behind him. A female bank employee also made contact with me stating that I wasn't allowed to record the inside of the bank, so I informed her that I wasn't inside the bank & could record from where I was standing. She & the male individual didn't seem to comprehend what I was saying, so the threat of calling police was made. Eventually, 3 officers & a ride along arrived on scene. I did have a few words for the ride along, reminding him that if he pursues a career in law enforcement, to never forget he's taking an oath to the constitution of the United States & to not let the concept of Tyranny to corrupt him. Police proceeded inside to speak with the calling party & then shortly retuned to where I was standing along the sidewalk. For this audit , I definitely give a fail to whoever from the bank decided to call police, but a pass to the officers overall for their conduct.

What is bank jugging? Organized teams of thieves are using distraction methods to steal money from people who withdraw large amounts of cash. It is being called 'bank jugging,' and it has become a serious problem across SoCal. Police in Riverside are warning people to be more cautious of their surroundings when withdrawing cash. "If there's a lady customer inside who scared to come outside because someone has a camera?...I would suggest she find a psychologist 🙃" If that were actually the case, she should be afraid to go inside because the bank has a bunch of cameras inside. Critical thinking skills are sorely lacking in far far too many people.

That second male cop was SO ready to be hostile to you. It was very obvious from his first abrupt response and body language. Then he tried to use his fake friendliness as a way to start with questions. But everything about him screamed 'ego issues' - his shirt too tight, his trousers too long, and his 'sunglasses and stony-face' Dollar Shop Terminator attempt to look tough. Not a person that you could trust off-camera at all.

BUT, police won’t charge him because he’s part of a business and the citizen is always the victim of police abuse.

Always be the one to give the last directive! Loved it! And cops were not at all the worst we've seen. And they even wanted to small talk. Nice! It makes them almost seem human and with social abilities. Not often we see that. Either they act like they are in such a hurry and don't have to 2 seconds to listen without talking over, or 2 seconds to identify themselves, or they just stand there like dumb robots, waiting for their superiors to come back and give them the next order; Death, mute, staring with empty eyes, and no brain activity going on, believing that makes them look tough and feared. LMAO!! We know it makes them look stupid and WEAK!! But not with these cops here. The head of the fish here can't be all rotten! Perhaps!
