it dispells buffs from enemies in the area. Invisibility, bonus movespeed and all that stuff.

it's no longer the ideal option, so best to use Avalonian cape
IGN: XDiamentowaUwU i will start playing the 1H dagger lol🎉 also u can use Morgana cape i think it's better than avalonian cape

Ava gives dmg reduction and dps on a shorter CD, morgana cape only makes sense if you aren't using hunter jacket

this build is pretty good in 6.1, but get the full set to 100 spec first
