I have the same boat in a 50hp. Do you have issues starting after sitting for a few hours after initial start? Also what's steps do you take when starting.

The tell tale on my 60 is not shooting out, any idea on where to start looking for a clog on this exact setup? Thanks in advance to anyone with same issue and prior experience with this motor and cooling system.

Your impeller could be toast or it could be as simple as fishing a piece of fairly stiff wire into the outlet hole while it’s running. Impeller is a simple job. Only about a 15 minute job to do it yourself if you have the proper tools.
