Great to see DSM guys overseas still enjoying their cars. The intake filter and exhaust is a first must. While doing the install, I saw he was still using the stock plastic second generation plastic blow off valve. Before you even go to big 16g (make sure it is a true mitsubish 16g, not a knockoff) get a full metal aftermarket one. The plastic one leaks a lot. In the intake hose, the BOV recirculating tube is very restricting, so trimming it is a free modification. Other than that, looks like a decent start. I also recommend full hard upper intercooler pipes. The stock one has a lot of restrictions where the air intake box was after KN filter install.

I have a red 98 gst, evo 16g, hks 272 272, hks exhaust, hks cam gears, beehive valve springs, pte injectors, kn big filter, injen intake, fp exhaust manifold, cat delete, stm o2 housing, cx intercooler.

interesting. I have Japanese version '95 GST and it made stock 195whp, that was 220hp to the engine and its 10hp short on 230hp advertised. Appearantly auto box takes a lot more hp than manual on these cars.

Save the eclipse these cars are getting so rare now , sadly a lot of them are going to junkyard, I personally have a 1997 eclipse gsx they are beautiful cars 🤩

Good day sir what would you prefer install Unichip or Remap ECU? As your other vid of Unichip vs. ECU remap, You said that ECU remap achieve more power than unichip but not that much. which is more wise to get? The current engine is All Stock 4g63t converted to MT tranny. which will gain more power potential?? and if ever upgrading the engine , bigger turbo injectors etc, which will be more suitable unichip or programmable/flash ECU ??? thank you very much!!
