It absolutely impresses me that this dude does all this work on a dirt floor garage or outside and has limited tooling... More guys should watch you and see you don't need a million dollar garage to breath new life into something... Bike, car, lawnmower whatever.... Good job man where ever your from!! 👍

Glad to see you soaked the clutch friction plates. I've seen so many restorations here on KZread where the installer installed dry clutch plates. Also nice to see fresh hatch honing on the cylinder wall. Great job on your rebuild!
Wow. Found myself grinning the whole way through. Awesome job- classy product. I have a nice workshop and a ton of tools; I'm embarrassed with what little I make of them.
This man folks, is a real biker; rebuilds, overhauls, fabricates, paints, assembles, tests and rides a motorcycle. Nice video, nice machine!!!

Exactly!!!!! All the dirt from the Engine and the old oils, everything in the Ground. Everyone is happy about a great Video, I just think to myself; Oh my God! I think it's great to rebuild old Things. I also restore myself. Old Oils and Engine grease must be disposed of properly. Ok ok, who knows where ours is going, but I would never dump it into the bush so easily.

I’m in my late 40s, and when growing up my dad always told me that shop cleanliness was of the utmost importance… What this dude does in an open air shop, in flip flops, on a dirt floor, with basic tools, and practically no workbench, is just truly astounding! This is incredible…and does he even have a shop manual??? Wow. Just. Wow!
With the few tool this man had to use he did an outstanding job of restoring this bike ! Total Thumbs Up !

@user-sm6is2xm5l

Observations: The tightening of crankshaft bolts is not in sequence giving uneven torque that would affect the performance of the bearings and crankcase as well. The torque were not given properly in tightening the bolt. The tune pipe assembly was excellent. Over-all the video presentation is highly recommended. Thumbs up Sir!.

I just don't understand why people wouldn't like a video of someone rebuilding a motorcycle like that. Did you see how that bike was at the beginning? I have done it once with a Yamaha Serow and it takes a lot of work, pacience, time and order to rebuild a bike. So that's why i don't understand why people wouldn't like what he did. Probably because they do not know how hard it is. Anyways everybody has the right to not like things as they do to like them and no, I don't think the people that did like this video are expert mechanics. But if there are expert mechanics among the viewers they will probably like it.
