Love these beautiful classic coaches. Those roof seals do look old and tired. If she is stored outside on storage lot, those seal definitely need to be replaced. Because of her age, the best option is to remove all the old sealants (to prevent old sealants from reacting with the new sealants), clean the surface to remove ALL residue, remove any loose or flaking clear coat, and reseal. Everyone has their preferred sealant. However because this is an aluminum roof, it expands and contracts more than other roofing materials. Therefore it is a must to use a flexible, non-cracking UV resistant self leveling sealant. It's best to hire this out to ensure the work is done precisely. The last thing you want is to be held accountable for extensive water damage because the buyer brought it home and parked it outside for the winter. Again, you're driving without a seatbelt. If something were to happen to you, your family and GF has to live with it. Or if you some how survive, they'll care for you for the rest of their lives. Is that fair to them? A no seatbelt ticket can also have a dramatic effect on your insurance premiums. The serious injury and death rate is ten times greater in at just 35mph. Especially in an RV. In a passenger vehicle, you have airbags to help minimize injury or death in a collision under 40mph without a secondary collision or rollover. My aunt was killed after she was ejected during an accident she was not at fault for. The airbag help during the initial head-on collision. However when the Explorer tumbled down the highway, she was thrown out of one of the broken windows. In an RV, those not wearing a seatbelt will collide with the windshield during a sudden stop impact at just 35mph. Blowouts usually result in roll overs by untrained/inexperienced drivers. Those not wearing their seatbelts are left with life changing injuries or death. If you've seen any rv blowout videos, you'll see just how violent an RV is once it leaves the road. Those not wearing a seatbelt are thrown about. In three RV investigations I witnessed, the driver lost control because they were thrown out of their seat. In one of those accidents, the driver's wife was killed. He lived with that until he took his own life a week after being discharged from the hospital two months after the accident. Seatbelts are mandatory for a reason. We didn't wear seatbelts when I was a kid. After my aunt was killed we began wearing them. Within a few weeks it became an automatic habit with zero discomfort. Sure initially we made every excuse for not wearing them to our parents. The driver who fell asleep and collided with my aunt, unfortunately lives with the fact he accidentally killed someone. This was not an intentional act. Had my aunt been wearing her seatbelt, she'd be here today. The man who was driving home after the swing shift at the pulp mill, wouldn't be living with the fact he was partially responsible for her death. Keep up the great work kiddo. Have fun at school this year. Cheers!

I'm pretty sure he didn't need the seatbelt lecture, he is old enough to make up his mind if he wants to wear it or not??? No one ever mentions the stories about the seatbelts keeping people stuck in their vehicle and they also die, a friend of mine died in his Camaro into a ditch and he ended up drowning because the seatbelt kept him in the car, he couldn't undo it with his weight in the seat of an upside down car, had he not been wearing it the police said he would have been able to get out of his car. So, in the future don't lecture adults for whatever choices they make. You must be one of these guys who lectures everyone around you???

The wrong type of silicon was used to adhere the mirror to the wall. The acid in the silicon has eaten thru the backing and silver layer. Easy to replace with new mirror.
