This is what my 1996 Daihatsu Hijet wants to be when it grows up. I have absolutely no use for this, but I'd like to have a 4WD two door version with a long bed to make into an apocalypse SHTF overlanding RV. I think I'll build a little 7 foot long camper box to drop into my 4WD Hijet instead. :-)

You mentioned how gutless this motor is but not mentioning that motor in a coaster bus has got a million km.

I love this thing. Quick question, do you leave the exhaust break on all the time? I noticed it was lit up on the dash. My isuzu has one and I'm not positive the best practice with those things.

You could run it all the time! I think Jake left it on by accident! It helps save the brakes for sure!

@@northeastautoimports5223 Okay cool! The day I picked mine up from the port and started driving it home I accidentally hit the exhaust break and I did not recolonize the symbol at the time. I thought it was some warning and I was like damn I broke this thing already! Haha. Thanks for the info!
