i suppose he means it's based on the 1hz. it's a 1hz with a turbo AFAIK

What would a similar vehicle with the triple lockers cost to import to Vancouver approximately?
HDJ81 are my FAVORITE Land Cruiser , the 1HZ is by far the best Diesel Engine, this same engine also came with Toyota Coaster which is a 26-29 seat Bus, and they were and still are very Famous in some parts of the World for its power and reliability! HDJ81, VX Models are better equipped, with a small ice Box, very cool feature !

@@leinuit667 1hdft from factory on a 1995 81 series. 1hd fte is newer and came in the 100 series.

It must have a 1 HD-FT engine. On the motor it says 24 valves and the air intake clearly looks like tubo boost. So defnitly no 1HZ

The transfer case is full time 4wd (4h/n/4l only), but the front wheels can be disengage via the manual locking hubs.

This is a fulltime 4WD drivetrain. On the Dashboard you see the center diff lock switch and beside the steering wheel the additional front and rear diff locks
imagine buying an imported turbo diesel land cruiser AUTO instead of manual...ooph
