    Thank you for making this, I wasn’t sure if an eco boost would fit in a 95 ford truck. 👍

    Love this! Been thinking about this vs a Coyote swap for my 95 Flareside. I was questioning alot of the Can Bus stuff as well and would also like to keep AC. Does the forum post go into what you did in your "secret sauce" box by anychance?

    KZread channel here called boosted broncos. Used their decent kit. Took a bit of fiddling to get the belt to behave, but now it works flawlessly. It's a bracket that mounts off the front cover and reverse mounts and GM style pump. Runs off the 6 rib belt. Let me keep my AC otherwise I would've bought one of the kits that took advantage of that spot

    No issues with wandering, but everything I new and I spent a decent amount of time dialing in my alignment. Last was the gearbox, which I just replaced with a rebuilt one.

    Did you have to cut the crossmember to get it to fit?

  • @MickeyC3040

    Engine x-member is mostly unmodified. I added a small access hole on the passenger side to access AC compressor bottom bolt (now it's a stud). My custom engine mounts ended up a tad wider than I wanted as well to I had to enlarge the slot a touch too. Transmission x-member is custom

    Doing a similar swap, can you tell me more about your fuel system? Are you using an aftermarket pump? Corvette regulator for the return line? I see the regulator on the firewall but can you describe the line going to it and if you did a return line? If no return line, how did you work around that?

  • @MickeyC3040

    @MickeyC3040

    Factory system is return. Modified the factory pickup with walbro 450LPH (high pressure variant). From pickup I ran bigger fuel lines (pickup is smallest DIA in setup). Fuel lines run up to regulator set at 55psi (if I remember correctly). Regulator is run into high pressure pump on engine. Return is run from regulator on firewall

    @@MickeyC3040 ok well maybe what I've got will work. It uses a Corvette regulator which has a return built in and pushes fuel at 58 psi. I had read somewhere the EB needs 62-73 psi but if yours is running good maybe this is ok. Did you use the Fuel Pump Driver Module at all?

    Oh, now I remember how I chose the pressure. I just used the max recommended from the Ford Control Pack manual. I used the big pump though for headroom if I start tuning/e85/etc.
