So if you have been following the Divvy van build, the last start up prior to this video there was an obvious tappet sound, I must say I am not a mechanic, I am just a back yarder who likes to give things a go, now I had a little time or should I say! made time to do some follow up work on the old classic xg ford ex divvy, I was to try and source what is making the ting ting ting sound and I am thinking its most likely a tappet sound so lets see how a few part series pans out on what the cause of this is, I personally would rather fix the problem than put a band aid on it and just add some type of extra additives in oil to the engine to make the sound go away :) so lets see what comes from looking deeper into the actual engine top end.....
