This is Warren Moon best game of his NFL career. That is incredible. He was on fire passing and putting amazing numbers.

This is exactly how the run&shoot was supposed to work. The front 5 moving the D-line, and the linebackers out of the game which enables the running back to get a favorable matchup.

It’s absolutely amazing how no QB has been able to surpass this performance since then, even as today’s NFL is becoming more and more pass-friendly each year.

Those who think Warren Moon would struggle outdoors seem to forget that he played college ball at Washington (outdoors) and in the CFL with the Edmonton Eskimos (outdoors). Dumb argument.

Brad James Today's the anniversary of this game 12-16-90!!!!!!!!

This was the game that made Warren Moon in the eyes of the Godfather of the passing game. Sid Gilliman said it was one of the best performance he saw in a NFL game. And Moon would set more and more passing records through his career in Minnesota with Cris Carter and on the Seahawks in 97. That why he's in Canton. Young generation fans of football that true knowledge. 😊

Being an oiler / titans fan from houston i grew up watching the run and shoot offense....moon, kelly and young my favorite qbs off all time

Warren Moon passed for 527 yards against the KC defense...and the refs!

Watched the first half of this game in the Sheraton Hotel in Los Angeles getting ready to go to the Raiders/Bengals game at the LA Coliseum most famous for Bo Jackson's cross field run where he got caught at the 1 yard line. Moon was COOKING that very good Chiefs defense.

Ive been looking for this video forever..I tossed the coin to start this game shook his and W.Moons hand then tossed the coin and also met the whole team, and I had 50 yrd line seats won a drawing at dillards that my Gma put my name in, but I got blamed for debergs hand getting fucked up by my friends and family..lol.

@@joewanke6000 that game I have is from the 1980 season and somebody put that one on here again. I don't have very many games of the Oilers between 84 to 87 unfortunately
