    Kuddos to the guy who recorded all these. I remember I used to record tv shows as a kid, but I used to pause whenever commercials came on. Who knew we would grow nostalgic for all these old advertisements for stuff we thought was junk....

I can tell you one thing the 80ies FAR AND AWAY BEAT the dumpster fire we live in and this WOKE B.S that is going on. Everyone for the most part got along just fine in the 80ies. There wasnt the race baiting like there is now cause there wasnt social media!! Things were far and away better than now!! You can have all you want of the 21st century. I'll go back to 1980 and live the rest of my life and enjoy and be way more happier than you would here I can guarantee you that much!!

    59 cent tacos, 39 cent mcdonalds hamburgers and 49 cent cheeseburgers, big macs and BK whoppers were sometimes 2 for $2. Lol, we'd never see that today. More like 2 Whoppers for $10 is actually a good deal lol.

    It’s hard to imagine that but I’m sure it’ll happen. I sometimes miss the days right after 9/11 because everyone was so united,at the time I wouldn’t have thought I’d feel that way looking back

    Man, Taco Bell’s 59/79/99 cent menu…had a TB up from our HS…we’d walk there for lunch and devour $10-15 each. Pretty much everything on that menu is gone now. Can’t even get Pintos & Cheese. Jerks.

    Not necessarily. I was born in 82 and my sister 88. She remembers the glory days of 90s shows for kids. Even though I loved the stuff I grew up on in the 80s, especially the frightening kids movies, I miss the 90s the most.
