1990 Mustang GT - SOLD (Aug 22, 2019)

I’m selling my 1990 Mustang GT (25th Anniversary). Low miles. Automatic Trans, Vermilion (Cardinal) Red with Black tweed cloth interior, and sunroof. Has original turbine wheels with no curb rash. Tires are like new (BF Goodrich Radial T/A). New brakes, rotors, and battery. I Just had an alignment done as well. Car runs perfect. Garage kept. Nice weather vehicle only.
This is a true unmolested survivor. This engine is stock down to the air silencer in the fender. Engine compartment is immaculate and looks like a new car. Stock headers and catalytic converters have never been touched.
Exterior of the car looks fantastic and there is absolutely zero rust anywhere. Doors, rear hatch, sunroof, under hood and rockers look like a new car with no sign of rust. Underside of the car is super clean. These were the main areas these cars would always rust if they were exposed to the elements which you will be able to tell immediately this car never has.
Interior is a 10 out of 10 and is completely stock with perfectly working OEM radio. NO BROKEN ASH TRAY DOOR EITHER. No tears or wear in seats. Back seats look like they have never been used. Carpet and head liner are in flawless condition. There are no broken or cracked interior trim pieces. Power windows, mirrors, and lumbar support works perfect. All new factory weather stripping. Air conditioning and heat are in perfect working condition.
Everything in this car works the way it rolled off the showroom floor back in the 90’s. There is nothing need to do to this car except drive it and enjoy it. You will not come across many fox body Mustangs in this type of condition anymore. Many will post them as survivor cars, but this is the real deal. Come take a look and see for yourself.
Custom fit car cover included
Clean car fax - no accidents
Asking $14,900 (SOLD)

When you talked about a working ashtray cover and non sagging door pockets, I could tell right away you know your 5.0 Mustangs. Really hard to find an unmolested fox. Especially in Michigan

Absolutely. There's a part of me that could kick myself, but I bought the car as an investment off an 83 year-old man. I definitely put some elbow grease into it because I enjoy that kind of thing. I really just did not have the room for another carand don't even have time to drive the one I have. Unfortunately finding another car in that condition is probably going to be slim to none. It went to a good home though. The sales manager at Russ Milne Ford here in Michigan bought it for his car collection.

@@newagemuscle2010ss Yes I bet you had seller's remorse. I've had 1 or 2 like that that I regretted selling.. Wow I didn't think Milne was still in business. I bought my first Mustang II V8 there back in 1975. I'm still on the hunt for that perfect 5.0 though..

@@youngbreezy2571 The perfect 5.0 is very hard to find nowadays. Especially if you're very meticulous. I would say the only shortcoming of the car I had was the fact it was an automatic. I did not really mind it because by today's standards they are slow either way. Back in the day though there was nothing like slamming the gears in T-5 in a foxbody.

@@newagemuscle2010ss Hey just wanted to give you a follow up. Since last posting here I found a 1990 GT just like yours except in two tone with Strawberry Red, no sun roof. Bone stock and totally unmolested with 28K miles, in Michigan no less! And the price I paid was $15K. Hope you're doing well.

Should have sold the yellow Camaro in the garage and kept the Mustang. PS it’s a no armrest car.

Lol... Not the first time I've heard that. The yellow car was bought after the transformers movie because my son loved it. He's turning 16 this year and it's been promised to him. It's quite a nice car if you watch some of the videos I have on it. I do have regrets for getting rid of the mustang though. This foxbody defined my youth. If I had a larger garage and more time in my life I would still have it. Chances of getting another one like that are going to be slim to none.

@@anthonylaudano9751 it had if I remember correctly around 77,000 miles on it. I sold it to usss Milne Ford here in michigan. The service manager bought it for his car collection. At least that's what he told me. I know he had a couple ford GT's and other cars. I went up there recently to see it and it had been sold. There was another one up there just like the one I sold them in about the same condition with less miles for $29,000 asking price. I'm assuming he bought it off me and flipped it. I sold it for $14,000 to him. 6 months earlier I bought it off an elderly guy for $7,000. I definitely put some TLC into it to get it clean and looking like it did. You are correct. With the color combination I have, had it been a manual it would have definitely gone for more money. The car was exceptionally clean though. If I had the room I probably would have kept it, but I already have another car and toys taking up my garage. I will probably always regret getting rid of it, but the original reason I bought it was to make a profit. Definitely nostalgic to me because I had several of these back in the day when they were new. If you have a cobra, that's a whole different level of money because of the rarity.

Hey hey now, I'm still a Camaro guy. This car (90 Mustang) throws me back to my youth. Please keep watching the Camaro videos. I'm selling this one to make room for the C8 Corvette I just ordered. The Camaro is going nowhere.
