You need to do a HVAC/Double-Din swap. Puts the double-din up higher and in a usable position. Can access the volume control while holding the shifter. I like how you did the trunk. How is the bass with the top down? Really need a volume knob, not buttons.

Agreed, this client wanted to keep the car as original as possible, but if it were my car I would do as you mentioned

Any chance you have a video or suggestions on how/where to run the amp wires (power, remote, rca)?

I ran the wires on mine right behind the side panels and then into the trunk. They are completely out of sight. Here is the video kzread.info/dash/bejne/eKyoythmetq3ic4.html

I have an 88 gt, and the program with the convertible is with the top up they sound really good, but with the top down it sounds like a below average system. Have you tried it with the top down?

The client did not want a camera, but one can be added if requested

Are the highs amped?

I got the same car, is it possible to use 1 amp for all 6 speakers and a subwoofer
