Two great champions bowling in that title match. This was almost the start of Walter Ray Williams Jr.'s career where he ends up as one of the top 3 bowlers of all time.

When Jack Jurek and Guppy Troup both started with three strikes in the first match, Mike Durbin said that both players were a third of the way towards a 300 game. They were actually a quarter of the way there at that point as it takes 12 strikes for a 300 game.

Surprised Jack Jurek never went on to greater achievements on the PBA Tour. Seemed to have a nice game and level headed.
