I like how these dealer describe autos like they totally don't know anything about cars and trucks

If it's 4 wheel drive it's a k series. C series is 2 wheel drive. Calling a k series a c series will piss a gm nut off to no end.

I'm 16 and I own a 85 k10 Single cab Longbox. Ive got a small block edel block 350 in her. Ive got the power windows and A/C as well. I just bought a brandnew set of Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ for her I got glass packs installed KN fliter. Only rust on truck is on both rear fenders which is very good for a Wisconsin Truck. I love my square. This truck is beauty also that's for sure

Its a quad cab. Blazer and suburban. All three were square body's till 92.

973 motoguy The way I remember it is because “C” has two ends on the letter. “K” has four ends on it.

I like basic trucks like this.. they have lasted forever.. however some of the new stuff like anti lock breaking.. and steering options are nicer too.. but a simple pickup with plenty of power.. its nice!!!

2:17 that's the light duty 3/4 ton axle. The axle shafts carry the load of the vehicle. 3:03 that's not a NP203 transfer case. Those are cast iron Full time 4wd.

Where I'm from they have 70s-87s 4x4 for $2700 or less some have crate motors and lifted...I'm planning on picking up a 77 sometime in the near future

This trucks are out there you just need to go look for them and find them and buy one that's all

How do you lock the hubs with those rims? Passenger side front marker light is out. Why would you go through the trouble to make this truck look so nice without fixing the rust?

Not only is he wrong about it being a C20, but he's wrong about the rear end being a heavy duty 3/4 ton rear end. That is in fact a light duty semi-float 14 bolt. Not the full-floater corporate 14 bolt. And its got a NP-208 not 203 transfercase.

There's really nothing "light duty" about the Semi-Floating 14 Bolt. It's an incredibly strong axle, just not as desirable for off-road guys.
