1985 Pontiac Trans Am with 16K Miles!! (SOLD) at Coyote Classics
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
1985 Pontiac Trans Am for sale Embodying everything great about the 1980s, the 1985 Pontiac Firebird Trans-Am had it all. Killer styling, serious performance, pop-up headlights, and eye-catching decals were all characteristic trademarks of the Trans-Ams that 1985 had to offer. This specific '85 Trans-Am, though, is especially something that demands attention. Clocking in at only 16,000 believed-to-be original miles since new, this Firebird is in absolutely spectacular shape both inside and out. Powered by a correct 305 C.I. V8 breathing through a 4-barrel carburetor, this '85 Trans-Am doesn't hesitate to pull any punches. Torque is put to the pavement through a smooth-shifting 4-speed automatic transmission, which allows for smooth cruising as it shifts seamlessly. The paired two-tone silver metallic paint looks absolutely gorgeous spread out over the length of this Trans-Am's laser-straight bodylines, and it contrasts beautifully with the striking red trim striping that runs around the car. A trademark 80s-style full-width taillight gives a seriously cool edge to this Firebird's look, and the car's flowing, aggressive bodylines with scoops and vents make it seem like it's always in motion. In addition, with this car's milage, the floors, frame, trunk and jambs are all rock-solid and in fantastic shape. Opening this Firebird's twin doors reveals a stunningly original and immaculate interior, one that makes you feel as if you're stepping back into 1985. It features all the original equipment (including the functional stereo system!) as well as comfy gray vinyl bucket seats that are perfect for cruising! From the factory, this Trans-Am was loaded with options, all of which are still present! They include power steering, power 4-wheel disc brakes, factory A/C, T-Tops, power windows, power locks, dual power mirrors, a factory-optional AM/FM/Cassette stereo system with original graphic equalizer, a tinted rear-glass hatchback, an adjustable map light, a rear defroster, the factory gauges & tachometer, a tilt steering wheel, a rear spoiler, and a sweet-sounding exhaust system. The car rides on factory Trans-Am specific 16" aluminum wheels matched to a correct set of Goodyear Eagle blackwall tires for a factory-fresh appearance that makes this car seem like it just drove off the showroom floor. For as incredible as this car appears and as nice as the interior is, this Firebird isn't all looks. It runs and drives like a new car, cruising down the highway effortlessly. With the trifecta of low-milage, T-Tops, and all the Trans-Am highlights, this Firebird is the epitome of 80s style and performance. You're not going to see another quite like it, so don't let it pass you by!

That is a really really gorgeous paint combo!
Brings back a lot of memories ,sweet ride!
Wow, that's really neat to see. Thanks for such a detailed video on this vehicle. I see a lot of really great things that ended up being options on the 87" GTAs. The overhead console I thought was for only the 87's. The stereo is the same as what was in some of the 87' GTAs too. So it appears Pontiac was putting many of these options in the Firebird platform before 87'. I bought an 87' GTA new back then and still have it today. Absolutely love the car. Sure newer cars can definitely blow the doors off of these completely stock 3rd gens. But it's more of a pleasure to drive then to be in a big hurry. Those racing around days are over. My 87' GTA is coming up on 37 years old. She's been long retired but still turns heads every time I've got her out on the road.
The interior is how you know it's original miles. No wear on seats
That car is literally brand new OMG 🤩
Nice car, nice price, leather too...... It's basically a brand new car for18 Grand..... Can't go wrong on that.....
Love it! My first job at a car lot was in 1985 at the Pontiac Dealer; remember these well esp the H.O V8s very fun to drive! I'm 59 and love these time capsules you find. Keep 'em coming!
Definitely priced right. What a beauty.
That's so nice
Very nice!
Would be a good candidate for a LS swap or a 400hp crate engine with Holley EFI.

With a good set of heads and cam. It would be real easy to beat that accord.
