Une voiture bien construite faite pour durer.Une mécanique simple ,fiable ,apte à durer longtemps en parfait état. C'était l'une des dernières Mercedes vraiment solide.Fiabilite ,solidité, belle finition,vaste, excellente visibilité, une vraie bonne voiture.Cinq étoiles.

Such a beautiful Mercedes, thank you for not ruining the car by driving it to much. Hopefully the next caretaker will enjoy and respect it as much as you have.

Omg! I guess that car was never driven! It’s a brand new car! Wow! It really takes me back. My mother had a 84 TD. It was truly a great car especially traveling. What a masterpiece!

What an amazing time capsule! Great Car built in Good old West Germany!

As a W123 fanatic, I can say with certitude that this is the best original example of a 300D extant. (Would love to see Pierre Hedary chime in on that, or Kent Bergsma, or the Woods & Barclay guy.) This cosmoline and cadmium queen is nearly surreal! The details are stunning -- even for an ultra-low mileage example. The tag on the cooling tank; the decal on the valve cover; the pristine wood; the gas cap area; the rear window trim and glass; the gleaming anodized aluminum trim. And notice how fast the engine shuts down: showing off the outstanding compression.

Greatest model. Enjoy. I would love to get this model and year from Mercedes Benz. Real beauty.

I nearly owned to restore a similar car but sadly didn’t go far , so instead bought a new E220D estate , best car I ever owned or driven , the quality is simply faultless and the investment is priceless 👍🏼

This car was build during the time when Mercedes meant Mercedes.

My wife owned one of same year. Amazing and Indestructible car. Never got a single one issue and ride was so smooth.

A 300D with 50 kilometers went for 50k euros 5 years ago on a German used car website, I expect this one will hit that mark on BAT , unbelievable

Really not that much considering these sold for almost $40K when new in 1985.

I love 1980's Mercs, BMW's and Porsches.

I love the old german cars such as bmw & Mercedes-Benz

Love to see the detail in this video , thank you. I pickup at least 2 a year a flip them or save for my own use for the last 17 years . Clean them up , fix what’s obviously out of service then list it . I have 7 drivers and 2 parts cars currently . It’s a hobbie , this one belongs in a museum , really is at its best .

It is a wonderful vehicle, perfectly preserved. The interior smell of the Mercedes is very nice.

The colors of the exterior and interior are so elegant.

I had an 85 back about 20 years ago. It had 280k miles when I traded it off. Ran perfectly, and the interior was spotless, like new. The paint was showing its age but still not to bad. Solid, quiet and smooth. 😊

This is unbelievable. It's like you just pulled it out of the showroom. I'm drooling.

This is just insane, I have no words.. this is just perfection in all ways.

Best Mercedes ever built! And such a perfect condition too!! Love it! As a station wagon or T-Model, as it is called in germany, it would be my dreamcar!

Designtechnisch völlig unterschätzt. Aber, wie so oft, bringt das erst die Geschichte hervor. Das Bauernauto, der Rentnerdiesel... Das Taxi..! Der 123er war halt "Understatement"! Und heute ist er Vorreiter für Haltbarkeit ( na klar, Rostvorsorge, Pflege in guter Hand) Design, das nicht so geschwollen, sondern zeitlos ist.! Ein zuverlässiger Kilometerfresser war und ist er schon immer!😂😢❤ Ich war mit ihm in Griechenland, Spanien, Frankreich und Italien. Ich hatte auch den Strich 8; Der war genau so ein automobiler Kamerad.

The 123 has been better than the 115 and better than the 124s. It was even better as the 126. The only Problem: Rust. I used to work on those Cars for many years in the 80is an beginning 90is. The 123s are rocks 😊

I had this as a combi, and two times as a Limousine, but only the combi was the turbo. It was very strong for towing trailers.

This yellow wax protection on the valve cover is so typical on all low mileage Mercedes engines until 1990 regardless petrol or diesel. Sound is just right like from the factory.👌

Wow...where this one come from and what is its story?. These are rock solid dependable cars that are fairly easy to repair and parts are cheap. They also bring a pretty penny on the used car with 150-200K miles on them as long as they are in good condition I can only imagine what the market price of this one will bring. $$$
